I recently visited the clinic and I want to say that I had an amazing experience. The staff were exceptionally professional, helpful and kind. This was especially true of one of the receptionists whose name I unfortunately forgot (I think it starts with an H). She was extremely helpful and helped calmed my nerves. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Why they don’t fire the receptionist? Is she the owner? What a mean person. She treats people very rude. People that go to the doctor are vulnerable, people whom English is not their first language, who are vulnerable…. How hard is to have empathy? If this lady is still at the front, you will lose many patients. Absolutely heartbreaking.

The front desk people were amazing, kind, respectful and have great management!! I was seen by Dr. Sakina raj and she was absolutely outstanding and I thought I had to check in with the doctor but she was checking in with me. Honestly this was my first time coming in and it was the best experience I ever had!!

Dr. Jagdeep Virk is an absolute angel! Amazing bedside manners. He’s very friendly and understanding with whatever you mention.

The other nurses/clerks were all very kind upfront too. Low wait times. Highly recommend this clinic!

The receptionist made the experience quick and easy! as well as they were very kind and respectful! booked an appointment and it felt as if I was in and out. doctor lucy was also very helpful and ensured I got the best care

Dr. Anwar Hussain from this clinic was my first family doctor in Calgary. He is exceptionally kind. When I arrived in Calgary, I was pregnant, and he promptly referred me to an excellent maternity clinic. His approach to patient care is outstanding.

We are lucky to have Dr Jagdeep Virk as our family Dr, he is such a caring Dr and always willing to go extra mile to help me and my family. The clinic staffs are also fabulous and courteous.
