I’ve been seeing Tessa for almost 15 years and couldn’t imagine life without her! She’s understanding, easy to talk to, and runs a great practice. She’s helped me with everything from personal matters to career coaching, so is super versatile. I’ve referred a couple people here to see different therapists, and they’ve also has great experiences. Would highly recommend Serenity Now and Tessa!

I take part in various services, I have to say Tessa is incredibly professional and gives me the ability to really work on myself without feeling alone or feeling as though I have to hold everything close to my chest. Serenity Now Wellness Centre is a safe place that also allows for me to indulge in self care that has additional healing properties. I took part in one of Amanda's mental health massages, and she offered a gentle abdominal massage. Something I was not expecting, but was greatly appreciative of the effect it had on me afterwards.

Both Tessa and Amanda take the time to teach and encourage me to take what is practiced and bring it home, they also provide in service tips and tricks that are easy to transfer over into everyday life; opposed to some places I have been where they have elaborate plans that are near impossible to incorporate within busy daily lives.

I also know, that Serenity offers space to the Breaking Free Foundation for their free group discussion sessions, it's truly refreshing to see two local groups working together to then turn around and support the community. In my opinion, I think everyone should take an opportunity to try Serenity's services, and take whatever they can from what they offer.

Please go and see lucille, she is an absolutely incredible healer!! My hips are feeling relief for the first time in forever. If you have ptsd I would highly recommend her as she really care about your safety and comfort. Can't say enough great things!

I don't think it's appropriate to schedule a patient in for a visit when I brought up a potential conflict of interest before booking, only to be told after my visit that the conflict of interest might/and has prevented future visits. It's unfortunate this wasn't communicated to me when we discussed the conflict before coming in, wasting my time and money. I don't understand how this can happen... beyond frustrating.
