Service Plus heating and cooling, install my new furnace!!!
I had seven quotes done, and by far Andrew was the best person in delivering all the info that I needed to understand, how and why in choosing a furnace for the side and comfort of my home. Enormous amount of passion he has in anwser all my questions. Thank you for that Andrew very much.
The day of the installation was wonderful, they arrived in perfect timing
Bradley, Cory and Jordan, prepared for the work with not hesitation, smooth, and secure of the working plan.
They have a excellent knowledge of the work andincredible explanation in all the questions (again) I had (to many..... Sorry guys)
Real, real.. pleasure to have them installing my furnace with such a confidence and knowledge in threre work, and the beautiful persons the are.

Called ServicePlus Monday, did not realize it was Civic holiday. They took my call, no problems, scheduled appt for the next day. Chadwick showed up on time, connected my new gas stove within less then an hour, answered all my questions, leaving us very happy. I had 8 different companies give me estimates for a heat pump. We went with Service Plus. Service Plus was informative, low pressure and friendly. We’ve used the Daiken heat pump for about 4 days, and it’s great on the first floor of our 100 year plus farm house. The warranty is excellent, and their workmanship is superb! I highly recommend these people.

We are very happy with the service we received from Service Plus Heating & Cooling. Communication, delivery of service, professionalism and respect. Our hot water tank died on us and as we thought, we needed a replacement. (It was very old). Andrew took the time to show us our options . As a replacement, we decided to go with a tankless water heater and will never go back to a hot water tank. On the day of the install, Andrew and Mitch showed up on time and started to work right away. They left the area clean after the work was completed and explained how everything worked. We are so grateful for the exceptional service!

Excellent communication from booking through follow up. Technician Mitchell was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive - diagnosed and repaired the HRV unit quickly and efficiently with an eye to keeping costs to a minimum. 100% satisfied, and will call ServicePlus first in the future. Fully recommend to all when heating and cooling repair or installation is required.
