My Mom was being released from rehab and wanted a hospital bed for home. SFI Medical was referred to us. My first contact, Rob, was so understanding and helpful, and was able to arrange for set up and delivery on very short notice. Scott, the owner of SFI Medical, made the delivery himself, along with Dawson. They called ahead to say they were earlier than the window given (how often does that happen?) and asked if that was ok. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and reliable. SFI Medical came through for us during a very stressful time. It means a lot when the owner, himself, wants to ensure the customer is happy. My Mom says she can sleep now knowing that the hospital bed has been set up by experts who know the equipment and that it was done so efficiently and with pleasure. Thanks Scott, Dawson, and Rob for your caring attitude and for your superior performance, and care.

I contacted SFI in Ontario by email from Alberta because my special brother's Invacare hospital bed was not working. Rob got back to me with a troubleshooting suggestion and it got his bed working again. The caregivers had struggled for months trying to get him in and out of a broken bed, and local companies wanted to charge us large sums of money which my mentally challenged brother does not have. I am so grateful for Rob's kindness to us. He's a wonderful human being. God bless you, Rob.
