I had very long hair. I asked for shoulder length hair. I left with this. I cried for three hours. I have bells palsy and I'm very anxious about my face in public so my long hair was my "safety net". I may be just a one off and I'm sure this is a great salon because I've heard great things. Google asked for my review and I wasn't going to leave one but I felt I needed to. Voice yourself thoroughly so u don't leave with hair u didn't want. I am truly sorry to the business for leaving this review but I paid 50$ with a tip. Yes I still tipped.

First visit was approximately 1 month ago
Salon Friendly, very clean , a happy place .

I met Shelly who did my hair .. colour, cut , lowlights, she was so pleasant, so approachable, very knowledgeable, had a fun time .

I didn’t have any previous colour info to offer her, however, she did an absolutely 💯 % amazing 🤩 job & time went by quickly .

Tomorrow am returning to be with Shelly , am so happy, looking forward 🤗

Shadez was my first professional hair care experience and it was an absolutely wonderful experience.

My stylist was Michelle and she was so kind, gentle, and informative. No judgement at all. I asked many questions relating to hair care, and she was very helpful in getting great aftercare and general advice.

The shop itself was clean, calm, modern, and comforting. The staff were joyful and chipper to talk to clients and openly between themselves.

I will definetely be back.

Extremely disappointed. I wanted a grey highlight but when Jass did it it turned out golden. She said that my hair wouldn’t take that colour and in order to make it grey, I have to come again for another session, which would have cost double money. If she doesn’t know how to do it, she should have said it in the beginning. I find this place a TOTAL WASTE of money, my hair looks the same as it was. I would NOT Recommend at all.

I loved my experience here. I haven't had a cut since the 'before times' and it looks and feels so much nicer. I also got my eyelashes and waxing in the same visit and they look great too! Very friendly and welcoming. Incredibly well priced! Definitely gonna be my new place! 🤩

I am visiting from BC and really needed a cut and style. Called Shelly on Tuesday and she got me in on Wednesday . I was a little apprehensive having someone other than my hairdresser in BC cut it but Shelley killed it!! Great work and nice shop. Thank you Shelley!!
