Dr Jadi spoke only to my wife . Every time I spoke about my son’s problem he wouldn’t make eye contact and would cut me off to speak to her only. Unbelievable this is a doctor when he can’t listen at all to the primary care giver.

Im not impressed by how my family member was treated by Dr Youssef Jadi. This medical professional who claims he has "a keen interest in the field of family medicine and has excelled in providing patient-centered care to his clients". Thought that it was ok to question his patients integrity and accused her and her partner of not being faithful. Then at her next appointment treated her like a drug addict and refused to send off a referral. I would not recommend seeing this man if you have genuine health concerns if you are a woman. Save your time please!

I had an excellent experience at this walk-in clinic. The staff was welcoming, and I was seen quickly. The medical team was professional and attentive, explaining everything clearly. Highly recommend for prompt and caring service. Five stars!

My husband and I had an appointment with Dr Leroux today exactly 1 hour apart . When I went in with my husband, as I always do the blond nurse advised us not to dear take to much time and combine our 2 appointments as they were already running late. After the Dr was finished with my husband we were going out to wait for my appointment and the Dr stopped us and said we just deal with it right away. On our way out we received the rudest ever treatment from the blond nurse. If looks could kill, we would be in heaven now!! . Dr have been ok, but the front staff is very very rude and indifferent!! If there were a choice this clinic would definitely be our last choice!!

Christine Ruff now works at Shale. I am so grateful as she is thee cream of the crop. Dr.Vanstaden and Dr. Giddey have taken such excellent care of me and my family! Amazing! A gorgous clinic too

I’m so grateful to have a first-rate medical clinic such as Shale Medical in our community. Every time I walk in to this beautiful, modern clinic I am greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk. These ladies have been so helpful to me on more than one occasion! As well, the nurses there are gentle and very caring. I have seen Dr. White, who is an outstanding practitioner; he’s very thorough in his care, plus he’s a wealth of knowledge! I feel like he genuinely wants to help me, and he always does. His professional, yet kind approach always puts my mind at ease, and I know I will be well taken care of. I’ve also seen Dr. Giddey who will also take the time to listen to my concerns and work towards finding a solution for them. I feel very fortunate to have Shale Medical in our community, and I would highly recommend these doctors and this clinic to anyone.

I am beyond grateful to have Dr Gossmann as my PCP here in DV. Also, I always have a positive experience dealing with the staff at this clinic. I am treated with respect, friendliness and professionalism. The clinic is always clean and tidy and they do a fantastic job, especially with thousands of patients trying to find a new Dr, it’s admirable to see how they deal with very challenging people.
