Had my driveway , sidewalk and front step done and it looks amazing. I've watched people cross the road to just look at the driveway, others stop at the end and just stare for a while . It turned out even better then I expected. I went with a touch of purple and it really pops good work to everyone who helped complete this project.

In August 2022, we contacted the Technical Sales Representative at Shercom after purchasing our home and being told by the previous owner that that employee had been finalizing repairs to the fairly new rubber driveway that was covered under warranty. The issue was that the rubber was not adhering to the concrete beneath it causing it to move around, peel up and tear.

Since that time we have reached out to Shercom and that employee specifically (as that’s who we were told we needed to deal with) on numerous occasions both by e-mail and phone calls and sent numerous photos at his request, however he has failed to do anything about the faulty product.

In June 2024 he unexpectedly showed up at our home while we were preparing to host a wedding shower. (He said he was in the area for another job) Although we were extremely busy, we took the time to show him the issues and he took measurements and was supposed to get back to us, but again, we have not heard a word from him since.

Because of the faulty product we were forced to hire another company this summer to do a portion of the repair so that we could prevent further damage from occurring. This still does not fix the main driveway pad not adhering.

If you think Shercom stands behind their product and that there is a warranty, think again. Ours is only a handful of years new and showing signs of wear where we drive and walk as well as cracking and tearing around the edges.

In the future we will make sure we only purchase products from companies that honour their warranties. Shercom has demonstrated that they will not be one of them.

Don't bother with this company. They have zero respect for your time. I tried to get them to come and quote a job twice. The first time I left work early to be available for the quote and they wasted my time not showing up and not texting until the last minute. Against my better judgement I gave them a second chance and again they no notice no showed. Claimed that they emailed me the changed time but the message never showed in my inbox, spam, etc.

If this is how they respect your time, imagine how they'll treat your house and the work they'll do.

I became aware of Shercom industries about ten years ago. Since then I have use their products for landscaping and just finished using them again on my new to me homes. I have referred them to many of my friends and will continue to do so. I am also strongly considering getting them to redo my driveway. I have several neighbours who have their rubber surface driveways and all of them have nothing but positive things to say.

They did a great job on our steps absolutely love them. This company needs an administrative assistant to help them better schedule appointments and follow up, I understand weather conditions create delays but their communication skills need updating

Fast service having the salesperson come out for the estimate. Fast service acceppting the deposit. Huge delay in scheduling the actual work. Then the date is not met, i am left to contact and find out why the work and product i have put a healthy deposit on has not begun. The only party being inconvenienced here is my family.
We will see if the end product is worth the hassle.

Terrible Customer Service, sent in a request for a quote online, took them 3 weeks to respond.
Then when I set up a time for them to come out and do an estimate and formal quote, they didn’t even show up. Even after receiving a confirmation appointment email the day before! I took time off work to meet with them mid day for this estimate and then boom, no show. Didn’t even get a courtesy call for cancellation or change. Hurts me to even give them 1 star, unfortunately 0 stars isn’t an option.
