I can not express enough how thankful I am to have received care under Erin and Shianna for my second pregnancy.

I felt no fear or stress at all, just support and peace of mind knowing that they were just a call away for whatever reason.

I never felt like I was being too much or over dramatic at any point and it made the process that much easier.

I had a successful VBAC and I am eternally grateful I had a chance to go through that process and truly had an easy birth process.

Also a honourable mention to Dr Barry for her support with breastfeeding, another very stressful part of postpartum with my first born. My baby is eating amazing and I feel so proud I’m able to breastfeed without complications thanks to her support.

Very organized and professional. Their communication is crystal clear from the very start. The variety of professionals are all incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. We absolutely loved our midwife and are also grateful for the lactation consultant post delivery.

Unfortunately did not have a great experience at this clinic with Dr. Barry for our lacation appointment.
The appointment felt rushed, and she had a frustrated tone with me when I was attempting to breastfeed my preemie newborn in the clinic, like she expected me to know certain things when that was the whole reason I went to the clinic.. To learn..

I was almost in tears afterwards because she made me feel confused and inadequate.
My husband agreed that the tone felt very off as well.

Would not recommend if you're hoping for a judgement free experience.

This centre is amazing, from midwifery care to physiotherapy. Everything I have tried so far has been exceeding my expectations. Midwives were lovely (Kersti and Tara), acupuncture was effective (Brittany), pelvic floor therapy makes you feel very cared for (Vanessa) and dr Barry is the best lactation consultant there is. Jackie is also always very helpful andwering questions and helping with appointments.Everyone is very loving and caring ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I highly recommend Acupuncture to treat Bell Palsy! Since I’ve been getting acupuncture treatment from Brittany, the bell palsy symptoms have improved drastically! I am 80% recovered and started acupuncture on my 2nd week of getting diagnosed with Bell Palsy. My whole left face could not move and felt frozen. Now I’m able to smile, blink, and talk normally. I’m so thankful to have found Shifra Centre for Wellness! 🫶🏼

We have LOVED being a part of the Shifra family. From our pregnancy loss in early 2021, to the delivery of our two other healthy babies, Shifra was with us every step of the way.

We had different midwives each time, and each one was just as good as the other. We truly loved our care during the pregnancy, and then the post partum recovery was made even better by the midwifery teams. We had Tiffany help us during our pregnancy loss, Shianna deliver our daughter, and had Kersti and Tara deliver our son.

It felt great to have our values aligned with all of our midwives, and have recommended Shifra to all of our close friends.

I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Brittany. Very thorough, not to mention everything that I learned and that finally "made sense". I felt very taken care of, individualized/not cookie cutter treatment. I will absolutely be going back for more treatment not only with her, but also with the other practitioners for their different services. This centre for women and wellness is absolutely wonderful.

Kersti is an exceptional midwife who provided me with outstanding care and support throughout my pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey. She empowered me with knowledge and options, allowing me to make informed decisions for myself and my baby. Even when things didn't go as planned, Kersti was by my side every step of the way, offering reassurance and guidance. Thanks to her expertise and unwavering support, I was able to achieve my VBAC2 and deliver my stubborn breech baby successfully!

I'm also grateful to have had Tara by my side on delivery day. Her skill, knowledge, and gentle manner helped me push through even when I felt exhausted.
