If I could give less than one star I would! Had my appointment today @ 1:45pm. Had to wait over an hour to see Dr Monica Kandola. When I asked the receptionist how long they said there’s 2 people ahead of me and that the doctor is on break! I was shocked as no one was called in since I was sitting waiting. The receptionist then said wait, I will go check. Came back and said she in a meeting! So she has patients waiting and she’s in a meeting!? another person went up and inquired and he was told that she’s now having lunch! I waited over an hour then I was finally called into the room. Waited another 10mins for her to come in. She came in saying she’s sorry for the wait. I said to her I waited over an hour and and has never experienced such a wait. She then proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t need any attitude from me. I was shocked and said to her that I was explaining to her my wait and experience. She said she had to wait 2hrs to see her doctor and proceeded to brush the whole situation off as it was no big deal. I told her there was a lot of upset patients in the waiting room to which she walked out and left me. I was shocked and put my clothes on and went to get the receptionist. I told her what had happened and that the doctor walked out and told me if I don’t like the wait I can leave and make another appointment. I stated I want to see another doctor to do my pap as I waited so long today to see this doctor! Receptionist went to talk to someone at the back and Kayla, came in and apologized and asked me to explain to her what had happened.
I told her and she was apologetic and said Dr Kandola can come back in to do my pap or I can have another doctor. I told her whoever can come back in quicker…which was Dr Kandola. She back in, with another tech and did the procedure. After, she exited the room, left the door opened with me half dressed! Room was right at the exit where everyone comes in! The other tech quickly ran to close the door and left, after her.
I’m so shocked at this doctors behaviour!
I’ve been going to this location for over 10yrs! This doctor needs re training on how to run a practice and deal with patients.
She feels she’s God and we are at her mercy. We cannot say or question anything! She will refuse treatment!

I had an appointment booked today at 10am with Dr. Luthra. I called prior to the appointment to say I am coming from the Orangeville area and there was an accident. I had to call several times because I kept getting placed on hold. I finally got through and told them my ETA is 1030. They told me to still come. I arrive and they told me to wait at 1105am they told me the doctor cannot see me. How is this even professional they has ample time to tell me while in transit. It is very difficult to get through to this office and I will be asking for another referral. The front desk girl LIED to say she called me back to cancel and when I asked what number she started to back peddle.

I love the Shoppers World Medical Centre location because it’s conveniently located near my home. Philips Abraham is my preferred masseuse, and I always leave feeling relaxed after his treatment. He’s a great listener and always targets my hard spots, providing the best treatment every time. The reception service is very organized, and they remind my schedule a day before my appointment. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great massage.

I called today and heard only their frustrating music during the call that was kept hold for long. Such a Worst phone ethics in the reception. I tried to contact over the phone thrice . The reception just takes the call and she keeps the line immediately on hold for long (at least 15 min for no reason). She is not bothered to hear for what another end is looking for.

I called 1 day before coming to see my family doctor, as an urgency. Apparently, when I walked in, they said that you can only come after two weeks, and until that the doctor ( let me be more specific, Dr. Kapacee) doesn't want to see us as she deosn't have time, and our reasoning is not urgent (anymore).
When we told the receptionist that we were told on the phone, a day before, that she's available to see us after 5, the receptionist is now telling us that it's a communication mistake? I mean, just because of their mistake we drove almost 60 minutes there and back, and still, no respect. We were talked to so rudely by them, and then they have a zero tolerance policy. These people need to follow their own policies first and then tell the others to do so.

Disgusting, terrible, horrible management and doctors. I'd never suggest anyone to come here. Waste of time.

Received multiple calls asking for another person. Not sure how a medical clinic can have my number for a patient I do not know at all. When I kindly ask them to stop they rudely hang up every time. At this point if I receive another call I will constitute this as harassment

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I booked an appt at 12:30 to do blood work. Sat in the waiting area for 1 hr. This was the final straw for me. There’s no reason I should be waiting an hour WITH an appt to do BLOOD WORK!!! Every time I need to book an appt I have to wait about 3 weeks to see Dr Satkunanathan. This is extremely frustrating. If I’m in pain today why must I wait 3 WEEEKS to have the issue addressed? I’m currently looking for another doctor. This is ridiculous.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. To say that this office was atrocious would be too kind. You can never get through to the office to book an appointment or refill medication. When you finally get through the staff are extremely rude and don't know what they're doing. I had to go in after 3 days of trying to get a hold of them for my husband's medication and the staff had no idea what was going on and just told me to get my husband to go without his medication and call back another day to get on his doctor's walk in list. When the concerns were brought up to the doctor his response was that his staff are getting "abused" and that's why they don't answer their phones and to find a different doctor. One can only imagine why patients would become increasingly frustrated with the staff at this clinic. This is on top of the fact that when you have appointments booked it's 2+ hours past your appointment time that you actually get to speak to the doctor, and then you're rushed through your appointment because they're "running behind." Literally ANY medical clinic is better than this one. Just look at the reviews and ratings, they speak for themselves.
