Absolulty horrific, the medical director Sienna Bourdon is awful, not looking out for clients at all.
She states in one of her news flash look at me public posts about community....my experience with her is community means altogether, except when you are a PWD with mental health issues and after her office makes a mistake with medi ation and you leave a bad message about it on the after hours phone....then you don't matter....she discharges you and plays victim.

I am delighted to share my experience and thoughts on Dr. Sienna Bourdon, our family doctor. Dr. Bourdon has consistently provided my family with excellent care and unwavering attention, and I am truly grateful for her dedication and advocacy in the medical field.

From the moment we became her patients, Dr. Bourdon has exemplified the qualities we all hope for in a family doctor. Her genuine concern for our well-being is evident in every interaction. She takes the time to listen to our concerns, answer our questions, and explain medical conditions and treatment options in a way that is easy to understand. Her approach is not only professional but also compassionate, making us feel valued and cared for as individuals, not just as patients.

Beyond her exceptional care, Dr. Bourdon has demonstrated a remarkable commitment to improving the working conditions for family doctors and supporting healthcare professionals. Her efforts in advocating for better conditions, fair compensation, and more resources for primary care have not gone unnoticed. She understands the vital role that family doctors play in the healthcare system and exemplifies that in her daily work.

I also want to acknowledge that the rest of Brentwood Bay clinic staff have been absolutely great. While they are inundated with the amount of calls due to the shortage of family doctors, they are always kind and professional which I am sure it isn't an easy task. They are literal unsung heroes in our community.

From being a walking patient for over 6 years, they made a sudden change to not take in walk-in patients. They then pass vague information about other open walk-in clinics available. They left me, my grand/parent(s) with no guidance on the next step in applying for a family practitioner

NO WALK-IN HOURS AT THIS LOCATION!! This is a heads-up to those folks who, like me, believed the website, where it says walk-in hours from from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. The very kind receptionist said that "they don't control the website" and that I wasn't the first person to come in today assuming this clinic was a walk-in. Guys...please fix your website, it was a $15 cab ride for ol' Rose to get there for nothin'. Thanks!

Dr. Bourdon is the kindest person ever. I have a life long phobia of doctors and she is patient, kind, understanding, and goes out of her way to make it possible for me to interact with her. I'm so glad we got into her practice!
