Absolutely pathetic behaviour by the receptionist. Cancelled our appointment for immigration medical test 45 min before our test. We were on a very tight timeframe. And when we went to the clinic to get some guide/help for the alternative option the receptionist went full berserk and kept screaming "THE DOCTOR IS GONE FOR A FAMILY EMERGENCY" with wide open eyes.

We get it and it's an unfortunate situation. We are also human in desperate situation. At least provide some information for the medical centre where we can get it done instead of screaming "THE DOCTOR IS GONE FOR A FAMILY EMERGENCY" .if you do not have any information you can simply say no you do not have any information and if you do it's always helpful and appreciated!

We are also in a tight and desperate situation you screaming "THE DOCTOR IS ON A FAMILY EMERGENCY" ain't gonna help us both! Being nice does.

I came here for a medical examination for my permanent residency. Staff was very nice and helpful. Dr. Van Heerde was great. He's very nice and professional. He seems to really care for his patients. The price was a bit high for not having healthcare, but not completely unreasonable as they are the only clinic in town that do this type of exam. If I need a doctor once I have my resistancy I will try to return here.

Closed at 230? Hours say open till 5pm, phone message system says they're closed and redirects you to some wood Buffalo care network. I'm just trying to get a prescription refill. Please fix your phones systems.

If you’re wasting your time trying to get an appointment, you should give up. They’re phone systems don’t work and they are never in their office during regular office hours. If they aren’t in they won’t update you either. Been trying for over a month of the phone and going there and no luck. I’ll see if I can report them to the Alberta college of physicians.
