We bought our van this fall from Silver Cross in Ottawa and it was so much easier than we had expected it to be. It’s an expensive purchase & can be stressful. Teresa Manchester was awesome- friendly, responsive and quickly understood what we needed & found it for us. The van is working out great. Teresa assured us that if we ran into any issues with it that we could call her & when we had a bodywork issue, she was on it. I highly recommend giving Teresa a call if you need accessible van!

Excellent service. Response time was a bit slow to start, but once we connected Cory proved knowledgeable and moved quickly. We met Tuesday and I had my new walker that Friday! Cory even made a second trip to bring me a cup holder for the walker. After 10 years using a walker, I can now use a walker and drink coffee! Silver Cross is my new supplier and I highly recommend them.

What can you say about excellent service and quality products that this company provides. We're very happy with the hospital bed we bought through Cory. I ca lied about 5 different companies to have my husband wheelchair repaired and was told I would have to wait two to three days before someone could come out. I was give the phone number for Silver Cross Ottawa. Well you talk about good service. Believe it or not I had the technician come the following morning on his way to work..repaired the wheelchair properly. Very very pleased. I would recommend this company to anyone. They do a wide variety of repairs and sell all sort of equipment for handicapped or paraplegic individuals. Please give them a call you will not be disappointed. Thanks Cory.

Best customer service experience from a 'mobility' supplier we have experienced! We had a 'Bruno Curb-Sider' lift and an 'Adapt Solutions Asento Seat' purchased and installed into our new van by Silver Cross. They communicated with us regularly from the time they ordered the parts until they arrived, and then picked up or van and quickly completed the installations, providing us with clear demonstrations of the function of these two devices upon completion. Later, when we had some minor issues related to manufacturers' defects, they responded and rapidly completed the necessary repairs.

Silver Cross staff are always polite, knowledgeable and friendly, and Teresa and her team provide high-quality customer service to all customers. Highly recommended!
