Silver Cross has installed a stairlift for my father last Dec. The installation was good. There were some minor problems and they were fixed afterwards. I have also purchased some other devices from them eg grab bars etc. Whenever I have any problems with the stairlift or other questions, the admin staff Vidalia was quick to response. Sometimes I left messages during the weekend, she would call me back Monday morning. She understood the urgent nature of our calls. If the stairlift was not working, she would try her best to schedule the service call the next day . She was always on top of my case (I think for all other cases too), she knew what work order was outstanding, status etc. She is a very nice, compassionate and competent person. Thank you, Vidalia! ?

I would also want to thank the technician Uri and his buddy. Uri is an experience technician. He is very nice and responsible. One of the tiles was broken when installing the stairlift. He said he would try to look for a replacement. The tile was old and it was very difficult to find one similar. I had not heard from him for some weeks and I thought most probably he was too busy and forgot about it. Actually in this commercial world, not many people really keep their promises. But then he came back with a new tile, even though not exactly the same as the broken one but it was the closest he could find, he is a person always keep his promises. Thanks Uri !! ?

I contacted Sam Bhanot sometime around the end of october about a chairlift for my parents home in bradford ,ontario . Sam setup an appointment to come to the house once there he thoroughly explained the options and prices of the various chairlifts .After we decided on which model we would opt for Sam told us the date of installation which would be end of December or early January so Jan09 they came to install was around 4hr installation Euri the technician did a great job very professional from start to finish everything was tested before they left, price was also reasonable compared to others, we have nothing but good things to say and definitely recommend Silvercross Sam and Euri

I have an accessible van that needed to get some work done to it and they have been a great help to me. There was an issue with battery drainage while back. They have diagnosed it and fixed it and just recently needed to get fixed. They found the issue and I had my van back within two days.
Van came back, clean and tidy inside. I couldn’t drop off the van to them. The company had someone come by and pick up the van and drop it back to me. good company to work with no concerns. The staff is courteous and is very good to deal with.

Do not let these people touch your vehicle! Took our vehicle in yesterday for a left pedal installation. During the install they tore the carpet to run the wiring instead of pulling the carpet back. As a result, the estimated damage, and labour, totals $873.00. We are still waiting for a written explanation as to why the damage couldn't be avoided as the verbal response didn't make sense. The main issue is the potential of rust due to snow and salt during the winter seasons. Do not always go with the cheapest quote; sometimes you get what you pay for!

Uri Lerman installed my mom's stairlift on behalf of the Oakville Silver Cross store. He said he likes to do some of the prep./build at the store, and that did save a lot of time - the install was less than two hours. He was professional, friendly and explained all the features. It was a very good experience experience.

Spent almost $90,000 on a conversion van through Silvercross. Wasn't lifted properly and rotted out the door track to the ramp and muffler pan fell dragging as every small bump caused the van to grind. Called Savaria several times while in warranty and told they couldn't do anything and needed us to ship it to Quebec. Company only wants the sale and does not care about the family. DO NOT TRUST them.
UPDATE: Following the owners comment. I called to be told they are still awaiting parts which we inquired about almost a year ago, and no appointment booked and no estimated time for repairs. Unfortunately our daughter who relies on this Van for all medical appointments is stuck in the hospital as the van has been broken down in the parking lot. Well done Silvercross.
