This place has been my second home for the past 6 months. I had a baby and for the past 2 years I was suffering from major weight gain, post partum depression. I have an extensive back history of degenerative discs and herniated discs. When I am in a flare up, some days I can hardly walk. I never thought I’d be able to work out again…until I started at simply the best. I started here in March and have lost 60 pounds, I am working out on their (vibrating machines, low impact- amazing equipment!!!) my back feels better just getting on that machine. I love their PEMF and red light therapy for my back pain, when in a flare I will do those treatments and recover quickly versus doing physiotherapy chiro etc.

The staff are kind and supportive, and always ready to answer any questions I may have. I get one-on-one training as part of my membership and it’s been a great experience so far. I cannot believe that I did not know about this place until recently! All the staff there wants to be there, unlike some gyms or spas where it is a stepping stone to something else. I’ve been a long time client at Simply the best and there is a reason for that! It works! In my younger years, I would use it as “maintenance” a couple times a year and drop 6-7lbs in 10 days. Currently, I am using it to improve my odds with fertility. My husband and I have been dealing with infertility for almost a year. I’ve had many treatments and have never been able to creat more than 7 follicles ( the norm is 15-20). Yesterday, after being on phase 1 of ideal protein for almost 1 month, my ultrasound showed 11 follicles. I’m overjoyed! Not only did I lose almost 10lbs, I also made the most follicles I’ve ever made. ( for reference I am 5’2, 130lbs) I will be continuing the Ideal Protein diet throughout the rest of my IVF Journey!
