Great experience with Sines! They redid the carpet on my front entrance stairs and the flooring on the landing. Brendan and Dana did the install and they were efficient, friendly, polite and courteous. Very happy!

Had initial appt in March, was told could be installed by the end of the following week. Called the following week to be told we aren’t on the schedule and he is away this week. Finally had carpet installed by a subcontracted labourer. Subcontracted labourer damaged brand new drywall & paint, had personal phone calls during install, including foul language and racist comments while my young Children were home. Stairs were done poorly, eventually (a week or two) Larry came over and inspected them, then had the same contractor come back a few weeks later to fix the job. He didn’t fix the issue, left without a word and left carpet shavings all over our house. spoke with Larry again who said they would be fixed again. well into june at this point with weeks without any contact from them, Larry called and said someone arrived to fix our carpet and nobody was home, we had never discussed a time or date with anyone at sines to schedule that so that was weird. We scheduled a date In July and he sent one of his own staff to fix the job properly. Which was done well. Once the job was finished 4+ months from being started I received my invoice for the first time. Two weeks later Melanie called me to tell me I have an “unpaid invoice from March” and asking if I planned to come in and pay it. I Had to be patient for months for the job to actually be finished properly, but now that it is, I’m spoken to as if it was DONE 4 months ago. When I got off the phone with Melanie and emailed her during a busy work shift asking if I could e transfer instead of coming in as she requested, since I work hours that their hours don’t accommodate, she passive aggressively forwarded me an email with their e transfer info highlighted and no other words. overall, Larry was polite and tried his best to fix our concerns, it unfortunately just wasn’t great communication overall, and wasn’t a pleasant or smooth transaction.

Sine's did an amazing job at our house! We replaced our upstairs carpet with vinyl plank, and replaced the stairs carpet with new carpet. The recommendations from Larry were amazing and the crew were outstanding with their professionalism, their workmanship and the daily clean up! Could not have asked for better service and price. Thank you so much to the crew, you made the week so smooth and easy!

I went there for unusually shaped carpet, for a trailer floor and tipout. I gave them specific measurements with edging and rounded cuts, they got everything perfect! They were great to deal with, and I got professional results. It fits and looks better than expected. Thank you!

Excellent service - from start to finish! Larry measured and discussed flooring items, and also helped at the store with suggestions when I was picking out my flooring. Melanie was very responsive when I sent her email. And Ian did an amazing job with the actual installation. I would highly recommend the whole team!

The entire staff from owner, to salespeople to installers were very accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Ashley was extremely helpful when it came to selecting our vinyl plank flooring and carpet for our renovation. Our space was measured and ordered in a timely manner. The installers were punctual, respectful of our home, tidy and pleasant. Thank you to Larry and his entire staff. We have no reservations about recommending Sine’s Flooring. Really nice people who stand by their work. When we had some of our vinyl flooring come apart after a year, Larry (the owner) made sure to send someone to get it fixed. Great workmanship and service!

I went to all 4 carpet stores in Cobourg and found my best deal here. The service was outstanding. They had someone who lived near me deliver the carpet for free.He helped me up the stairs too with it and it was difficult. It was a small room so to pay the minimal installation fee that stores charge was expensive. They found me an installer that would do it at a great rate. Having visited all 4 stores they were the only store that did these extras and saved me a bundle.
