I had a great experience at this clinic! It’s clearly very busy, but they do a great job of being efficient. Sometimes, that can mean politeness goes to the sidelines, but every staff member i interacted with was so nice and so helpful! Immediately helped me with my problem (rate type of psoriasis) and once my name was called, i was in and out in half an hour. Thank you Dr.Gooderham and staff!

It's funny but the Dermatologist I saw there told me that the front desk wasn't very good at calling to give results! Well it's the truth and they also do not answer the phone when you try and call. I will find another place to go. Just letting people know, and this was the Cobourg clinic.

I first was seen here for a biopsy of a concerning spot on my skin. The doctor who assisted was great, reassuring and straight to the point.
The nurse who performed the biopsy, Kennedy, was so lovely. She really gave me a sense of relief without even having answers yet.
After the lesion biopsy came back and I was cleared I was able to book with the same nurse to remove the lesion (for cosmetic purposes). She was very gentle and as lovely as the first time I saw her. Needless to say I am VERY happy with my results and the care I received. 10/10 recommend

Walked into your facility and your employee was able to locate my name in your system so I don’t know why you’re claiming I’m not in the system. I also don’t understand why you can’t just awnser the phone. Cant the doctor call me about my CT scan results?
I had my scan done on September 27 and it’s now the 27 of November and I STILL haven’t gotten my results. I don’t understand why this has taken this long? I’ve started my long unproductive “treatment” at the beginning of the summer however nothing has been done. I’d just like my results that’s it.

Dr. Swales rejected my referral from my G.P., despite the fact that I have been a patient of his for over 5 years! Could he not have given me an appointment for a check up, even if it were for 6 months down the road? Makes me think he does not want to bother with me because of my advanced age. How long does a check up take anyway-- 15 minutes? Very poor!

Dr Gooderham is absolutely fantastic. Very friendly, compassionate and kind. She was able to help diagnose me and provide a treatment plan. Kennedy is also amazing and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend Dr. Gooderham to anyone searching or in need of a dermatologist.

With no family doctor, I went through 4 random doctors (virtual) and finally got a referral to see Dr. Swales. 6 months later I am so happy I did as the 4 other diagnosis were wrong. Great service, great people.

I'm a senior with skin cancer (hopefully carcinoma, but there are 2 small growths that are crusty on top and red around the base). My GP has tried to get me a referral from several dermatologists within an hour or so from my residence. I suggested Skin Health because they claim to have 35 professional staff members, so surely they could fit me in - but no, they declined the referral. If this is melanoma, I will likely die because not one dermatologist cares.
