I was lucky enough to have Frankie for my treatments! She took the time to explain Everything to me and really focused on education which I really appreciated. Was highly recommended from a friend to see Dr. Upadhyay at the Skintology Clinic in Newmarket for expert advice regarding health issues related to Menopause. I am writing this review to tell you he is someone who hears what you’re going through, will guide you in the right direction, and with consistent follow up work toward a better way to manage menopause symptoms. From the moment you walk in to the Skintology clinic you get prompt and friendly service from the reception. When you meet with Dr. Upadhyay he is friendly, a great listener and makes you feel you’re not alone in your journey. There’s no product selling or anything. If you are interested in HRT but need more info this is the right place. The appt is covered by OHIP and the HRT by your health plan. The pharmacist in the building is really nice as well. Honestly, you will not be disappointed.

Love my technician Amy! Had a bit of an issue with pricing when I got there but it got resolved. Got quoted one price, they said a higher amount when I got there and then when you question it, they ask the doctor and give it to me for the price that's quoted. Unnecessary stress.

A fantastic experience with Dr. Parker and the team! I had an electrocautery procedure for sebaceous hyperplasia. A bit painful but well worth it!

Amazing experience at Skintology Health & Wellness Centre, Newmarket. The staffs were nice & friendly, Dr. Upadhyay was very welcoming, professional & knowledgeable! I would highly recommend Skintology Newmarket.
