Absolutely GREAT! I contacted them and explained how both my cpap machines were recalled by Phillips, and the company i dealt with in Newfoundland was no longer in operation. I’ve been 2 years without my cpap. Phillips kept telling me someone would call me, but they never did. Finally after 2 years they gave me a phone number to call. I spoke with Sacha and she was fantastic. I sent them my cpaps and spoke with Sacha again today and they have two new cpaps sent to me.
They even took me on as a patient and will do a bi annual phone call to follow up with me. Absolutely Fantastic customer service.

The staff are amazing! So friendly and they absolutely know their stuff. I felt so relaxed and welcome, like visiting friends ? I am very excited to use my CPAP machine, I feel confident to use it after my set up appointment with Karen Penney. I even recommended Sleep Therapeutics to someone at work today! Vivian, the receptionist, is great, my follow up appointments were arranged quickly after my set up appointment ? My experience was fabulous!!
