My experience at Sleep Therapeutics was amazing and it is the people that work there that make it that way. Emily and Kim both make you feel so welcome and comfortable. They are both very professional and friendly and compassionate. Emily thanks so much for checking on me to make sure my new machine was working for me. You truly are a Gem. The front desk staff are amazing too and always greet you with a smile. Highly recommend this company for you will not be disappointed because they go beyond with taking good care of their clients.

I'll start with the good. Kim is wonderful. She seems to genuinely care about helping people.

The bad is the front desk.

When I was first doing my sleep assessment, the equipment seemed to fail overnight. When I brought it in the next day, the girl at the front desk just kept repeating "That's Impossible" when there was no data on the equipment. She assured me I'd made the mistake and the equipment was fine. Next morning, I was up at 3 am replacing dead batteries and trying to sort out their test equipment.

One visit, I got a call 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start wondering where is was. I'd been in the lobby for 25 minutes (i got there 10 minutes early). No one from the front desk had bothered to check the lobby In all that time

Lastly, I paid $2400 for a machine and mask. The exact same thing is about $700 online.

Have been a client for over 10 years, customer service started going down hill at the Sackville store so I switched to the Dartmouth store, just went from bad to worse. Had a Resmed Fullface mask that started to leak and the silicone seal separated from the plastic. Mask was past the 4 month mark which apparently is the warranty period. Insurance only covers replacement every six months. I was told I would have to pay the full amount for replacement.
So after at least 10 years and thousands of dollars spent on 2 machines and all the new masks and tubing every 6 months they wouldn’t even give me one free mask.
Their cost is probably on $20 if that.
Unfortunately they don’t see the big picture.
Instead of helping out a loyal customer that will need to keep buying the products for a lifetime they would rather lose a customer over the price of a mask. So congratulations you saved the company $20 that day but how many thousands of dollars of lost revenue have you now lost by not looking after your customer? $$$$
I went to one of the local competitors, told them what happened and they gave me a free replacement because they were intelligent enough to see the big picture knowing I will now be a customer of theirs for life.
This has nothing to do with the money simply the fact that you couldn’t care a less about taking care of your loyal customers.

Had a appointment yesterday where I had the great pleasure to meet Tiffany. She was fantastic to work with and taught me al lot about my machine. I have to say I have been a long time client of this office in Lower Sackville and have always been treated very well and with respect and answered all my questions I have asked. Of course Rhonda always greets me with a cheery smile and greeting. She is great. Thank you all.

Again had a great experience in dealing with Sleep Therapeutics in Lower Sackville. Best service I have received ever. They are like " Cheers" where everyone knows your name and are really glad you came. Can not say enough good things about this location. Thank you so much.

They always have good tips and are very adept at solving my problems! A special thanks goes out to Rhonda who was able to contact my doctor after multiple attempts, when I couldn’t, to make sure that I got a new prescription for a new machine the same day! That’s the best customer service that I have experienced in any business for a very long time! Thank you!
