Kind and caring staff would be my comment. Every step of the process was explained carefully and thoroughly.

I received reminder phone calls about my appointment.

There was NO charge for the sleep test or appointments.

When the sleep study results were in, they were reviewed with me in great detail.

At no time did I feel pressured into purchasing a CPAP. Actually, a couple of less invasive, and certainly less expensive options were presented to me.

I was told my referral/prescription was good for one year as were the results of my sleep study. They will be following up with me to see how things are going.

I would definitely recommend this clinic

Money, Money, Money; that's what they're all about. The clinic in New Minas offers free testing, Middleton charges you 100$. Oh, 100$ for another mask because they gave you the wrong one at first. Was told promises they never followed. Everything was supposed to be taken care of, until they had to do it. Never received any new filters, phone calls for renewal of my mask. I got a lot of grievances from them, I was supposed to do everything because one day I wanted to help and said I could send the results. From that moment, they let go the rope and I was alone in this ocean of new territory to conquer, alone.

Staff has always been helpful. Robin, the Therapeutist is very competent and has given good advice on several occasions. My latest concern was finding a mask that would let me sleep without discomfort. I recently lost vision in my right eye due to macular degeneration and the area was quite sensitive with the foam mask. An Airfit F30 seemed to be a better choice, although it took a little getting used to. The elbow supplied with the Mask for some reason gave a lot of blow-by but I had an older one of the same type an it has worked well ever since. I may occasionally go without the mask for a night when my eye is giving me problems, but on the whole I am quite satisfied with both the product and service at Sleep Therapeutics.

Great support and explaining step by step on how to operate the CPAP machine , which makes it easier to setup.
The CPAP machine is very quiet as we can't barely hear it.

I love going into Sleep Therapeutics because Robin in her staff are a great. Bunch of people who treat you like your important and treat you with respect .It a great place to go.And I would tell anyone who asked to go there.
