As always, my visit with Brenda was very friendly and encouraging. She helped with a problem I was having,re my new model machine, noting that the cause of no service was that the machine takes longer to dry than expected after a spill accident. Now completely dry, it worked marvelously, was reset, and I'm having excellent results. Thanks so much Brenda. To top off my good visit she even looked after my insurance claim-- filling out those papers for me.

I have removed my Original review, as I have received a call from I believe he was the General manager, they are going to work with me to get the sleep machine. As this is great. I have always liked going to sleep Therapeutics. Over the years I have been going. I have always Highly recommended them and certainly will continue to recommend. I have gone to a few places in truro and I can tell you this place was the best, Of them all. I am happy they do tale there review Seriously and try to resolve any issues. As I did not want to jave to go out of town to a new place.

Thank you to Joe for going above & beyond for us. My husband had a massive stroke, we live in Tatamagouche and driving distances makes him very nauseated. When called for our appointment, mentioned to Joe, who came out on a Friday to set us up. She then returned on Sunday to pick up the equipment!! She is exceptional. Kind, professional and so caring. We enjoyed meeting and chatting with her. ❤️

The staff are compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable and human! I was treated with respect on a personal level. I felt that they listened to me and remembered what I said during future visits. They worked to resolve issues with my insurance company and I never felt pressured or treated in any manner that would make me want to give them less than 5 stars!!!

Showed up for appointment today and they said that their new insurance policy is 100%. Payment up front. Too bad staff is great. New Policy will be their downfall. Won’t be going back.

I've been seeing the people at this clinic for approximately 3 years now. I've recieved nothing but great service , first with a sleep study, then picking a mask that was right for me. (I tried 4 before I found the one I preferred). I've gotten advice on cleaning machines, when to change filters, how often to clean and replace parts (any and all questions I had), I also bought my machine and all accessories from here.

I find them very personable, down to earth as well as open and honest.(funny too) I would definately recommend the clinic and staff to anyone. I would say just meet them once and then I think you will agree.
