Step daughter went there with a .massive problem and they did absolutely nothing for her or attempted to do something and failed miserably at their jobs. She needs extensive work for an injury sustained and nothing has been done except for leaving her in the dark and no help at all. Very angry for the disrespect for medical professionals they call themselves and do to nothing to get this dealt with which has been at least 2 weeks and nothing started. They need to be ashamed of themselves and .maybe need to go back to med school to relearn how to treat the people that come thru their doors with more dignity for the pain and suffering these people come to them to help for.

Dr. Fletcher was so nice to my husband, he was in to see him on a Friday and was in surgery for a hernia operation the following Monday . Thank you for taking care of this so fast. Thank you Jolene for being so kind.

I give Dr Nicole the best review in the whole clinic why because he saved my husband's life from a ski-Doo accident and has been his dr from day 1 my husband' likes to give him a hard time 😂 but they get along well so glad they both have their laughs going on tell you he's a good Doctor..and cares about his patients mine anyways 10/10

Went to see Dr. Wheeler one time and due to construction AND an accident on the highway, I was 10mins late. They wouldn't except me for my appointment. I live in Wetaskiwin. So drive to Camrose for no reason. Then now I have head trauma from 4 days prior and I actually was going to make this appointment anyway. I sit there for 45mins and I ask was my appointment 45 mins ago. Yes she said I'll get you in soon! I couldn't sit there any longer as I started to get major head ache and my neck was holding up my head

My baby was sick and when we arrived there,the lady in the desk B very crazy not even looking or giving an eye contact. I don't know why she works there. After 5 minutes of waiting I get closer to the desk and then she said you have to stay by the waiting board there. Then she started to talk to a random lady who came from somewhere. After 15 minutes waiting there,with the baby in hand she asked me what I came for. I told her my baby has an appointment. Then she replied ohh ya,you are right. I thought you are waiting for something else. I was so disappointed. I don't go to smith clinic for groceries. She should have basic manners, I believe she is a racist.

Wouldn't go to this clinic. Family doctor waits are MONTHS. when you finally go in for you appointment you waited months for they'll say you don't actually have an appointment . Save your time . Find a better clinic that does scheduling properly. ( not the first time this happened.)

Went to the doctor to get some medical testing done as I have family with the same disorder and have symptoms. Was told that they don’t think I have anything wrong with me and that it sounds like depression and anxiety. Wouldn’t listen to me, didn’t take me seriously and were quite rude. Not the first time they did something like this. I don’t plan on going back ever. I’d rather go to the ER if things get worse.

Nope. Just no. If this is what we have for a clinic in the city I can understand why some people just wait until things get worse and go to emergency. Desk employees are snobby (which is the nicest thing I can say about them), and you’re just a number to them, they want you out of there as soon as possible.if I could possibly rate this place lower I would, this place is a solid 0, the waiting area is confusing.
