Well, there are not enough good things to say about this girl so let me just say this, she is the sweetest person and made me feel so comfortable my first time. I am a big girl and I had never been sugared before and was totally embarrassed and paranoid, but Kalena made me feel so comfortable, that I will never go to anyone else.
We have lots of good laughs and tell each other stories which takes away the thought of the hair being ripped from your snatch.
Today was a rough day for me but she was there and offered her ear if I ever needed to chat…I felt like we had been friends for a long time.
I highly recommend her, I promise you won’t be disappointed ☺️

I always leave Snatched in pain… but not from the sugaring!! My cheeks and abs hurt from all the laughing. Kalena is seriously the best and I look forward to my appointments with her. Never thought I’d say that about a Brazilian. She’s very accommodating and makes you feel totally comfortable and never embarrassed about your situation down there. Highly recommend!!!

Kalena is my favourite sugaring person. I am hooked! Her space is so inviting and cozy, she is a wonderful fun and warm hearted person very detailed oriented on her work. I love the feeling of my skin after sugaring also I notes the hairs are growing less if you are consistent.
Totally recommend her spa and services.
