Fabulous customer service. I've used them before and they always have good product.
But mistakes do happen and this year they sent me some top soil with gravel in it. Not sure where the gravel came from, snowball or their supplier but that didn't matter to me. Either way they quickly sent me great quality replacement product and sent someone to take back the remaining inferior product from my driveway. No hassles or sob stories just "sorry about that sir. How can we fix it."

I highly recommend them.

I like this place and they are a nice family run garden centre. Their prices are good and they are helpful! Only downside is you usually cannot find the exact same item if you go back weeks later so I recommend you buy an extra bag or 2 of whatever item you are getting while there. Also the store hours are incorrect on their website. They are closing at 5:00pm not 6. A few of my neighbours have also mentioned they have gone there and it was closed as well. I know we should call ahead but in this day and age it only takes a few keystrokes to update it. It is business $$ lost on their end so I hope they update

This is a son and mom operation very family oriented and the nicest people you will ever meet. I but all my plants and firewood here and highly recommend them. Mary is the nicest warmest person you will ever meet plus she drives a Volvo!! What more can I say. Sam knows everything and everyone in King CIty. I love this family great people. Keep up the good work.

I drove half an hour to the store to buy a DA rose today and the woman in the store recognized me as I bought another DA the day before. She refused to sell as she said one per customer. I do not disagree that maybe they want each customer to have an opportunity but there is NO SIGN to state one per customer. I was very disappointed as it took me an hour to drive back and forth. Will never to visit this place again!

Luckily I found DA roses from Sheridan online store on the same day- they have more varieties at almost half of the price ($34 each vs.$60 otherwise). For those love DA roses as I do- I also found a few retailers with huge varieties- Fiesta Garden and Davenport Garden center. You can buy them online or in the store. However you need to place order early spring as they sell very fast.

3.5 stars. Lovely planters and good quality shrubs, and annuals. I’d shop here again for these AND not soil by the load. BECAUSE....

I purchased 1/2 yard triple mix one day and 1 yard the second day and the amounts were almost the same AND not nearly the amount of soil received when purchased at Miller or Greenridge in Newmarket 6 other times.

When I called to inquire about the difference, I got a curt response that I probably received too much the first day. Disappointed with the attitude, given I’ve been a customer for many years.

I came to get a yard of mulch to top up my garden. While I was there I ended up speaking to Alicia for about 20 minutes, who gave me excellent advice on how to maintain my Spireas and Boxwoods, and how to trim/top to stimulate new growth. She also showed me how to re-edge and shape my gardens, and now my garden looks I hire a landscaping crew weekly, but I only bought a yard of mulch!
I have been back to purchase some new upgrades for my garden's, and everything I have bought is flourishing, so beautiful! I can't say enough about this place, changed my garden game.

I got my Japanese maple from this garden centre last year but the maple doesn't growing this year, so I contact the garden and asked for help but the answer was no refund. It's not my question I'm not looking for refund. I just need for help how I can regrowth my maple tree.

Fantastic family atmosphere. Always have the products we are looking for and they're flowers bloom and grow great. You can tell they take care of their stock.
