I can't believe how unprofessional some of the staff were. How dramatic it was. Staff putting me in the middle of there own issues with out there clients. Meds and food dietary needs not met or refused. Very u organized. Favoritism towards certain clients and extremely rude with double to standards to others. Not impressed. Did not help. The staff couldn't resolve issues, all they did was make things worse then discharged 3 people who wanted nothing but to stay OUT of the staff drama, be safe and comfortable talking about my traumas instead of being in a TOXIC environment. The clients were mocked by some staff and did not actually care or want to help anyone. Very disappointed. It's sad that even certain staff did not want to be there, got mistreated but needed the job to support there family and were scared to speak up in case they got fired. It was ran like a jail and like I said extremely misorganized. I feel so bad for the people who WILL not be okay due going to this facility. I know they will NOT take an oz of responsibility though. Not even sure if it would be worth my time calling the lawyer again about this facility. I've already wasted 2 months away from my kid because of this place. I got this on my own. They just proved why most people DO not help or are scared to. Why suicide is such a high rate. How ohip doesn't cover facilities that ACTUALLY care like Holmes house. Too bad because I thought it was great. It just got more and more toxic everyday. I didn't even have to be there. Just wanted some support. Terrible

A good idea, horrible people running the business. From people like the former head of st leaonards embezzling money to supervisors using and abusing thier employees. Supervisors subject thier employees to verbal abuse daily. When you notify thier hr team they will d9 anything to avoid you. Also ran into several current employees working other jobs , spewing out private information about thier clients. Thier employees are dishonest.

Nice nice but not too nice people 🙂 edit: I must have been in a bad place mentally. I participated in a 5 week day treatment program and it was great! Nice nice but not too nice people doesn't even make sense🤔
