My 95-year old mother-in-law loves her SonderCare Aura Wide Hospital Bed with Dream Pressure Redistribution Mattress so much that she would always say it's so comfortable. Investing in SonderCare's bed is worth every penny. It doesn't look depressing, compared to an actual hospital bed. Also, having an electric bed with the hi-low adjustments and other features same as those from the hospitals, it is easier for my MIL to get up without the caregivers putting so much pressure on her arm/s while they help her stand, and it is much easier to position her properly on bed at bedtime. SonderCare's customer service is also exceptional. We realized that my MIL doesn't need a side rail on her left side and so we reached out to the company for some guidance on how to remove it. They were very responsive and mailed us the binding posts that we requested immediately (Agents: Victoria L. and Josue A.). Our overall experience with SonderCare was 10/10 from the organized process of ordering (Agent: Michelle C.), coordinating with delivery and installers and very responsive customer support. Thanks for making quality beds for vulnerable people and investing in the right people to do the job to provide excellent service which is very rare nowadays. Kudos!

We ordered a bare bones hospital bed when my husband broke his leg and it wasn’t doing the job so we called Sondercare to upgrade.

They were able to accommodate a same day delivery and got the bed to us within a couple hours from the time we made the call.

Seyar arrived with the bed and did an amazing job safely setting the bed up and showing my husband how to use it. It’s a huge upgrade from the standard hospital bed and my husband is so much for comfortable.

Seyar was so great throughout the process, helping to move things in the room to best set up the bed, he sanitized the bed as he set it up, and even made it up with a fresh sheet.

He made us feel really confident that we made a great choice to help support recovery at home. Thanks for a great experience!
