We spent around 2.5 hours at the hospital, but all the staff were amazing. Yes it was a waiting time for the doctor, and X-ray in our situation, but, everyone was aware that we were waiting, and tried to make sure there was less waiting time as much as possible. We are very thankful for the professional staff.

I see negative reviews, but I don't think people realize how much these people have to deal with on a daily basis.
I had to come to this hospital every day for a week for treatment for a nasty infection. Cellulitis.
My wife and I heard about SOME of the things they had to deal with while I waited for treatment.
A young girl that collapsed because she couldn't eat or drink for a week.
A person that almost drowned.
A man that needed the air ambulance for a brain bleed.
A convulsing meth user.
A twisted bowel.
Sprains, stitches, etc. etc. etc.
Who knows what else they had to deal with.
I appreciate what these people do every day.
If this review does anything, I hope it makes people realize how much the staff at Kincardine emerg have to deal with.
Now that summer has arrived, and it is a tourist destination, their workload will only increase.
Be patient. Bring a book to read. I did.
They are dancing as fast as they can!

This hospital is a joke. I literally only come here for emergency situations or because this hospital is closer than Goderich. What a mistake. It is better to go all the way to Goderich which is an hour extra drive to get help. The receptionist are rude and unhelpful in every aspect. The volunteers were more helpful than any actual staff. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR ANYTHING, and I mean anything. It’s like pulling teeth trying to get your health looked at by anyone there.
The Doctors are decent, but to get to them seems nearly impossible.
After the fact. Went to Goderich and was diagnosed with a bartholin cyst, had to have surgery on Saturday to drain it, and will never go back to Kincardine Hospital.

Terrible way to conduct Business employees are too busy on their phones and could care less about your condition. Long wait times uneducated doctors please visit a medical center Such as Southampton, or Godrich.

This hospital has almost killed both my parents now don't go here. Completely useless they just tell you to go home and call 911 if you get worse. Try doing your jobs. Waste of taxpayers money needs to be shut down. All the staff is useless it's a complete joke. Go anywhere else. It will save your life. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely pathetic. The other review where it says McDonald's employees are more competent than anyone at this hospital is completely factual.

First time to this place was by ambulance and that day the resident doctor told me ‘We Think’ you neck has an old injury, never an answer you want to hear after first being told you need a CT Scan on your neck as the x ray shows a possible break.
There was no staff anywhere to be found. You could only hear them all laughing and talking at the desk. I was left for hours in a room running to the washroom myself to vomit after a head on collision. Shameful treatment of any patient but a motor vehicle collision that near killed me the lack of (in my opinion) information asked of me or taken from me was completely shocking. And the hours left alone with no one checking on me. WOW

The 2nd time to this place was much the same as the first. The place is dirty, most mask boxes empty, washrooms actually smell like urine, and again while waiting for an x ray appointment all you could hear was laughter and talking once again. I was early for my appointment and no one was waiting. I waited 45 mins and had complained twice that I had a doctors appointment to be too and the receptionist simply said well I’m not sure where they are! Seriously without a doubt this place should simply be shut down as none of the staff are there for the patients, it’s a social gathering for these people who are being paid to care, they deserve to be fired PERIOD. MacDonalds staff is far better behaved and grateful for their job!
