Faster than emergency room at the hospital if you need care during their open hours. Have gone there for my kids' broken bones because they have both xray and casting capability. They will handle any breaks not requiring trauma centre care. Found the staff both super nice and thorough.

I’ve been here a few times. I've been able to see the the nurses might be prejudice when prioritising patient intake. Not just my personal opinion seeing the difference of my intake when I’m near coming in on a stretcher or walking. By the difference is visible, when looking at the patients with different backgrounds. Someone needs to put a stop to that..

I was here a couple of times over the weekend. Yes, the wait is excruciating but I totally understand that acute patients will be seen first, and I was definitely not on the verge of dying. If anything, I blame the provincial government for wait times.

The care I have received here was exemplary. The staff were amazing, friendly and caring. The nurses were gentle, caring, took their time with me and were just amazing people. The doctors I saw took time to listen to questions and concerns and did more than their due diligence with tests and scans, explained everything to me in a way I could understand and were reassuring. And they don't charge for parking. I hope I don't have any health scares again anytime soon but if I do I will come here again.

I came in with a partly broken foot, was in the room within an hour, x-ray and bandaged up within 2 hours and total 2.5 hours. Great service, thank you to Dr. M. Yarema. Very helpful, caring and knowledgeable. Also a big thank you to all the nurses and assisting staff, very helpful and comforting.

Visited this health center today and had a great experience. The wait is the wait, but for what I was there for was appropriate amount of time. It wasn't 911 but I couldn’t wait until Monday to see my family doctor. Everyone was friendly, I saw Dr Acker, he was kind and efficient. I left with a prescription for the medication I needed to prevent a trip to the ER. When used correctly these Urgent Care centers are a great resource! We have used handful of times and always had great care!

Wouldn't visit again even if I was actively bleeding out and this was the only medical centre open. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. however if you're interested in spending four hours waiting to be prescribed some Advil and a warm bath this is your place.
the wait wouldn't have been a problem for me if the doctor spoke with me for more than 5 minutes and listened for more than 1. she was harsh and clearly in a rush. She was rough when examining my body and her bedside manner was so bad it was almost funny. I was there about concerning symptoms regarding a bacterial skin infection that was resistant to some antibiotics. I made the mistake of mentioning my struggle with mental health as a teenager when asked if i had any previous health conditions and she refused to hear anything else. This was a lesson learned the hard way; always check the reviews first!

Totally advoid this place if you can . I arrived and there was only 4 people in line and a handful of people in the waiting room . I had execruting pain in my left arm and it was swelling up . I understand if they let people go first that have bleeding cuts need stitches or have immediate concerns however that was not the case. I was in the second hour of waiting and that’s when they began taking people who just walked in before me . A guy and his mom he said he hurt his back and a guy hanging on to his wife said he hurt his knee, I finally got in lastly of everyone else and got an X-ray the doctor told me I had a possible fracture. Ok that was it 4 hours later sent me away . Got an ultrasound done on my own accord. And I have a torn tendon in my arm and tendinitis Stay clear of this place completely what a circus

Horrible service, brought my son in and he was puking his guts out and sobbing in pain. My husband had to hound the triage nurse to get him seen. Once they called him back hours went by and not even a nurse came to check on him. They were all sitting around the desk visiting. When asked to be seen she asked for a urine sample even though my kid is baldy dehydrated and has no fluid left in him and offered no help or fluids nothing and just left. It’s been 3 hours and still no help.
