J'ai choisi de séjourner au South Country Inn avant de visiter Waterton NP afin d'économiser un peu sur l'hébergement. En effet, Carston se situe à environ 45 minutes du parc, et l'hébergement est ici moitié moins cher que dans le parc.||La ville de Carston est agréable pour faire étape. En effet, elle est assez grande pour posséder toutes les commodités (station service, hôtels, restaurants, super-marché, ...), et suffisamment petite et isolée pour avoir l'impression d'être à la campagne. En fait la ville se révèle être calme et très tranquille. On a l'impression d'être dans une petite ville mormone de l'Utah où tout est propre et net. ||L'hôtel est de bonne construction, avec de grandes chambres propres et claires. Il y a également une piscine très correcte. En fait c'est très similaire aux motels de chaînes que l'on rencontre fréquemment. ||En revanche l'accueil était très moyen. Le personnel n'a pas toujours l'air d'être très impliqué. J'ai dû attendre une dizaine de minutes (et passer deux coup de fil) pour que quelqu'un vienne faire le check-in.||Le restaurant de l'autre coté du parking est pratique et relativement bon marché. Je ne l'ai testé que le soir et pas pour le petit-déjeuner.||En bref, c'est une bonne étape pour visiter Waterton NP. Mais bien entendu rien ne vaut le fait de dormir dans le parc même.|

Don’t believe all the 5 stars in the reviews section. I use to live in the town and most of the good reviews are from people that live in the community. This place is a complete dump. 150 a night for a room with beds that literally are falling apart. The water in the pool was actually slimy ! Toilets that are leaking and keep you up all night light.saw a mouse run across the floor along sorry lots of. Is in the room .stained all over the sheets ! You’re better off driving 45 min to Lethbridge or to pitcher creek and getting a decent room for cheaper. Would not recommend this place to my worst

I was at this hotel just yesterday with my family, and our shower was disgusting. There was bugs everywhere and some Mold dropping’s. They don’t serve breakfast here, the pool at the 1.5 deep meter pool was VERY slimy. I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star, dong recommend going here.

They cancelled my booking of the hotel last minute when I was going to check in, on a long weekend there was no other hotels available during the time did not provide any help and just dropped the call after. Would not recommend .

It's a small town, so the rooms are lower quality. But mostly I was bothered that when we came the TV remote was broken, the lights had all been unplugged, the bath was clogged and the room was muggy, as if there had been no AC for days. It took an hour for the room to cool down to a regular temperature!

It just felt like it had not been prepared for guests to come and stay in it. The staff was great, and more than willing to help fix all the problems. But I don't think the problems should have been there to begin with.

The town itself is cute.

This inn offers more than it's two star classification implies. We did not use the pool, but our room was spotless with good furnishings, towels and bedding. The central ventilation and cooling was effective and quiet - a rare bonus compared to the noisy and drafty through wall A/C units most motels offer. All staff we interacted with were excellent.

Our room was not fancy but extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Give it a try and I think you'll be satisfied.

Very clean, the staff was great and the prices fair.
The pool and hot tub although enjoyable to have was very overwhelming with the smell of how strong the chlorine was. It was to the point of burning people's eyes and throats. More than one person in the hot tub commented on this.
The TV's need to be synchronized instead of having 2 remote controls, have them properly set up to be on one.
