Real helpful, until they're not that helpful.
Was recieving a lot of help from this place in regards to resources until I stopped having my calls or messages answered or returned. Finally a resource worker met with me. I asked for a resource suggestion - no suggestions, no assistance, I asked if the resource people could suggest a mechanic shop, ask around for me, or make a posting to which I did not recieve an answer so the resource people are not resourceful if they can't just send you off with some funding.

Worked with a counsellor there whom let me go because I told her that the walks, meditating etc are not doing it and I have no will to live; because I told her the coping is not working, she had nothing more to say and let me go as a client, by just never checking back in. Didn't want to actually do her job besides suggesting A,B and C and when none of those options worked, she simply let me go. I never got another worker so they allowed me to go on after expressing I had no will to live, to said counsellor, without any mental health supports.

No complaints about the Drs so far.
Receptionists are nice and do their job well.
Other staff and volunteers are wonderful.
Place is clean and well kept.
Trying the mental health people again and hoping I get someone who can offer more than printing some sheets off the internet.

The South East Grey Community Health Centre is the greatest. The Staff from the Board of Directors, Doctors, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Dietitions, Physiotherapists are always putting your healthcare needs first and foremost. They truly commit to setting the bar, in fact, they are the bar as far as what healthcare means to all & every patient and their healthcare needs bar none. I would recommend anyone without a Doctor or healthcare to go to South East Grey Community Health Centre to seek healthcare for their friends or families to enhance their healthy lifestyles and for a better quality and longevity of life.

This health centre is everything a health centre should be. Kind, caring staff who have a focus on getting and keeping you well. There is a gym on the premises open to all with classes offered too. The facility itself is well kept with ample parking for all. They are always striving to improve and add more. The best healthcare facility I have ever used.

This community centre offers everything! This is the way health care should be. Whatever you need, all the staff and Doctors are there to help. What other doctors office offers community programs for youth and garden plots that are thriving.

I like the exercise classes in the well, which is the lower level of the building. They are free and great classes.
There are possibly some renovations in the future for the upper level.

Pros: Helpful Friendly - Fast Efficient Service
Cons: Closed when their official website and the sign on the door said they should be open wasting our time packing the whole family into the car for the journey! Grrrr.
