Every time I come here, the clinic is always so clean that I can see my face in the reflection, lol. Just like if how people can see their reflection off my bald head when you look at it, haha .

The receptionist always greets you with a pleasant smile and gets you registered in very quickly. I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes from the time I register to the time I'm taking to a patient room.

All of the doctors here are always pleasant, and they take their time to check you over thoroughly.

Dr. De beer, horrible doctor. Was in the room for a whole minute if that. No personal skills, bed side manner or compassion. My dog gets better care at the vet!!! Will definitely avoid seeing ever again!

I like Dr. Eldeb that’s there, but trying to phone this clinic is almost impossible. I get being busy, but every single time trying to phone it’s either ringing forever to the point no one picks up or right away it goes to their message. It’s a bit ridiculous.

UPDATE: one of the doctors ordered an ultrasound for my knee, I injured it on top of having osteoarthritis and I can feel something isn’t right and have a lot of pain. Anyways, the results are back, the clinic phones and receptionist tells me the result of my xray are normal. I said it was an ultrasound I had. She goes, “nope, says X-ray and it’s normal.” At that point I was just thinking whatever and said bye. I look up my ULTRASOUND results which came back 4 days ago on my ehealth, says there’s fluid build up behind my knee. So, not normal. Thank god I have a regular NP who actually cares, double checks things and is going to talk to me about the results cause I’m betting she’ll say differently. The point is, I’m over this clinic. I’ll go somewhere else from now on.

My last two visits with Dr De Beer has been a horrible experience. A quick 1-2 min visit. No compassion on caring what his patient has to say. Only prescribes what suits him. Doesn’t properly assess his patients. No wonder why our health care system fails people not getting the proper assessment. One of my visits with this doctor as well hasn’t even updated my e-health when this clinic provided me a tetanus shot almost a month ago. The health care system in PA failed my own mother at the Victoria Hospital. I even have proof nursing notes were added to her hospital chart after my family going to the media. Everyone has a freedom of speech, everyone is entitled to human rights as well. This doctor needs to step up and treat his patients better. Not 1-2 min visits! He even thought I was threatening him telling him about my mother’s situation where we involved a malpractice lawyer for her. Trying to assume I was threatening him by getting a malpractice lawyer! I told him to search up my mother’s name on ctv news.

If anyone has issues with doctors they can reach out to human rights, college of physicians to submit your concerns. They will do an investigation.

Dr. Adebayo is the first doctor at the South Hill Clinic who is worthy of being referred to as a doctor. The best doctor I have had in years. The previous doctor I had at the clinic should quit because he obviously hates what he is doing.

Not even deserving a one star

Go to south hill clinic to get this plugged up ear “fixed”. Doc pokes my ear painfully and plugs it even more.
“Should be better 3-4 days” all dismissive and bolts away out the door
Googled searched it for a pic. Headline pops up “doctor admits s3x with patient; gets license revoked” (2014)

I just wanna give 5 stars to the receptionist (long brown hair, glasses) who was the most friendly, sweet, polite and helpful receptionist I think I've ever seen at a walk in. It's incredibly busy here, and she has been nothing but sweet and kind to all patients.

I hope she sees this and knows how amazing of a job she does! You made my sinus infection a little more bearable here.
