I needed to see a doctor twice in the last three months. Both times I was greeted by the friendly staff and saw a doctor the same day. Very professional and caring. Thank you

Sometimes it can take a while to be seen, but it is well worth the wait! Dr. Liao was very thorough, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He referred me to 2 different specialists regarding my health conditions, and I heard back from both of them within a week! He also did some additional tests, and renewed my prescription. Very impressed with the level of care provided during my visit. - Josh.

The first time I went I had to make an appointment as they often have a limited amount of spots for walk-in patients. The Dr.'s see patients that came in and made an appointment on a earlier date. Each time I've gone this has been me. So I totally understand not being able to help every walk-in. I must say for me I loved my Dr. and how personable he was. I could tell he cared about my health and didn't rush me to get out of there like many other doctors have in past locations.
He helped me and told me to come back anytime. I now ask specifically for him. He's kind and asks me questions to help diagnose what's wrong. Other doctors have asked me what's wrong, slipped me a paper and sent me on my way. No further questions asked.
Personally I forgot a lot of what I wanted to say, so Dr. Magee Asking questions helped me remember I had more information to share. I don't have a family doctor, but I feel he is now my family Dr. So thank you, even if wait time is a bit longer, it's so worth it for me. I feel safe and cared for here. Calling doesn't work though, you have to make an appointment in person.

Everytime I’ve been here (around 5-6 times) they aren’t even taking walk ins. I’ve been as early as 9am and as late as 5pm and it’s always the same. Rude receptionist and even if you call in advance they will not pick up the phone. And they don’t take voicemails. Your better off to wait and go to the other walk in clinic.

Update in response to the owners reply:
I understand the physician shortage. I know it is an issue, and I am aware that doctors need time off too. Where I struggle is that why the clinic is labelled a walk in if there has never been the man-power to act as one. I know this is out of the receptionists control, which is why I did not complain to them about the issue. I merely stated my concerns about the phone, and how for the future it would be beneficial to fix as I called the office 7 times in an hour and did not receive a response once. I conveyed this in a polite and respectable way, to which I received a very rude response from the receptionist.

Some food for thought: I am a 17 year old girl. With an adult woman being impertinent towards me. That is where my issue lies.

Do not get a doctor here. I have been a patient for years and it remains the same. No access to your doctor (three weeks out) and they will not answer the phone and close at random. Three times now in the last 2 months I have attempted to get off work in time to get my injections and they had randomly closed. It's been over a decade and same story

Question when you call and it goes to a voice-mail message rather than info about clinic message; does that mean the phones aren't even turned on yet. It's after 10 am I've been trying since you opened at 9 and it goes to voice mail. At least I would know there is no point in trying to call back if that is the case

I'm biased because Dr Liao is my family doctor. I have never worried about the quality of care myself or my family receives here; I trust Doctor Liao and his staff with my life.

Wait times are systemic; pressure the government to address this...stop voting for poor policy.

Seriously in front of patient & I told that I already use the same medicine & it’s not helping me out.Than he said okay & than type again on google if that medicine not works than what is the substitute. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming but Dr. Tailor was not. Checked to see if we were next to be admitted and was told that he had "forgotten" about us and that we'd be up next. He did not acknowledge or apologize for his mistake and reprimanded us for coming in with two concerns as it was not fair to the other patients (we came for a prescription and a script for a vaccine). Then we were coldly dismissed. I understand people are understaffed and overwhelmed but his bedside manner was severely lacking.
