They are no longer a walk in clinic but when I needed a Dr. For my Great Grandchild , when she was very ill, they did not turn me away, they got her in right away! And the Doctor was great! Thank you for your services!

Docters are great but without fail everytime i have an appointment im sitting here for 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment, as i sit here now a lady who was scheduled 15 after my scheduled got in before she was scheduled to get in but im sitting here 23 minutes after i was scheduled to come in

Just moved to Spruce Grove and needed a family doctor for our family of 5.
We had a 1 hour appointment booked for the 5 of us to do a meet and greet.
Here are my observations:
#1. The clinic is very modern and clean.
#2.The reception staff and nurses were all very friendly and kind.
#3. Doctor Fatima is a very experienced doctor, she was kind and listened to me as I explained my various health issues. (Diabetes and other things).
She was very patient and while not a 'chatty Cathy' she was professional and made me feel at ease.
I certainly would reccomend this clinic and can't understand why there are negative reviews. I am super happy to have her as a new family GP.

They never answer the phone? It's so bizarre, I call at different times throughout the day and it ALWAYS goes to voicemail... Not ideal when it's regarding your health, and doesn't foster a calm and stress free experience!!!

Edit: Regarding the owners response, I did leave a voicemail, and then the office closed for the day without responding. That is what is frustrating, it takes multiple days to get ahold of someone. I also call in the afternoon on a Friday, and then again on Monday, and then 3 more times on Tuesday, is it really that busy that nobody can pick up the phone for 3 days?

My entire family used to go to this clinic. They do not answer the phones. After 40 minutes of trying with no answer I gave up. I do not know how a medical clinic can be open and just not answer phones. Very unprofessional for a medical establishment. As well Dr. Fatima missed crucial information regarding my 10 year old daughters urine test we have decided to longer attend this clinic. The information she did not give us resulted in a 8 hour visit to the Stony Plain Emergency.

Dr. Fatima is an amazing Doctor. I decided to go to her as a new patient. She is a no nonsense Doctor who gets straight to the point. She saved my life and got me an emergency proceedure on Christmas Eve. I ended up having life saving emergency surgery. I highly reccomend Dr. Fatima. If you are looking for a Doctor who will say what you want to hear; then do not go see her... If you want a Doctor who is serious about her profession and your health... then she is the right Doctor to see.

Nice to see another walk-in clinic in Stony Plain. Staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. Fatima is excellent. On time too. 🙂
