Prior to my doctor leaving, staff wass quite judgemental and condescending, making certain patients feel very unwelcome - at one point, while waiting in my doctor's office, I could hear staff from behind closed doors, discussing my private life. Since my doctor left, it has been even more unwelcoming with my new doctor and his condescending and judgemental assistant who scoffed at me when I requested paid documents and forms as though I could not afford such luxuries, and proceeded to look at me in disgust. It is a clinic that will judge a book by its cover, and they treat the person, not the illness. Reluctant to visit before, and even more reluctant after my treatment by my doctor's assistant. And with autoimmune disease, I should be seeing my doctor much more frequently than I am, but it's that bad I'm willing to take my chances rather than have anything to do with the staff.

This place is 100% awesome..all staff friendly professional ..I was into do a blood pressure 24 hour test with Carey ,,.she was so cool,smart,easy to talk to..I am very impressed..Dr.Ryno is very good..we are lucky he chose Brooks to practice in..Would like to thank everyone..much awesomeness Thank You.

Just got out of emergency at hospital, told to follow up with doctor for medication, turns out my doctor is unavailable for 7 days, and no appointment with any other doctor they have for 5 days, recently moved and chose south shore medical clinic,, highly recommend try another clinic before this one.
