I have been coming to Southfort Dental for a few years now and will continue to do so even now that I live out of town. Everyone from the front desk, hygienists, assistants and doctors have always been kind and make every experience pleasant and seamless. I have seen both Dr Roque and Dr Radisic, both of whom are excellent in explaining and performing the treatments I’ve received. I once chipped my front tooth and they were eager to fit me in last minute, and also had the treatment done in a timely manner. There are never any long waits once you check in for your appointment and I find consistently that they are true to their appointment starts and duration which was a big issue with my previous dental clinic. Overall, I think Southfort Dental is an excellent clinic that provides quality dental care. You can tell they care deeply about the patient experience from the cleanliness of the clinic to the comfort measures (weighted blankets, tv with headphones, ect) they offer, so I am happy to make the long drive to their clinic a few times a year.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Radisic. I have a strong fear of needles, but she was incredibly gentle, calm, and reassuring throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and gave the injection so smoothly I barely felt a thing. I truly appreciate her kindness and would highly recommend her to anyone with dental anxiety.

I had a disappointing experience with this dental clinic. Despite receiving a confirmation text message just two days before my scheduled appointment, I arrived only to be told it had been canceled. They claimed to have called and left a voicemail, but I never received it. The front desk staff informed me that the next available appointment was in four months, which was frustrating. We ultimately agreed to disagree on the situation, and I decided to switch to another dental clinic in town. Communication and reliability are important to me, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of expectations.

Really happy with my visit to Southfort Dental Centre! Dr. Roque did my fillings and was awesome—super professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The staff are all super nice too, and the place feels really welcoming. Totally recommend them—worth the drive from Edmonton if you’re in need of a great dentist!

The first impression of the place when I first came in was very clean nice and homey. Front people are very welcoming. Dr Richard Roque was very comforting and his assistant. Highly recommend .

This is a great dental group!
I have had them for many years and have been so very satisfied with the actual dental work and most of all the professional treatment by each individual that works there.
The dentists work together and don’t seem to mind covering for each other if I require a emergency appointment.
I’m 68 and have had many good dentists,
however this office is amongst the top 5!!
I highly recommend this office

I have had some bad experiences with other dentists in the past, yesterday I had an extraction booked with Dr. Radisic and I believe the dental assistant was Meghan. I was extremely nervous, but everyone I encountered at Southfort Dental was so kind and patient with me. Both Dr. Radisic and Meghan made me feel safe and taken care of. I can say that I have finally found a dentist that I completely trust!
