I went today for my first time at this clinic for a non RMT massage with Mackenzie and not only is she super friendly & kept me super relaxed & had an amazing conversation! But she is so knowledgeable with my body, and even letting me know on how my muscles were just bouncing in my upper back/shoulders from the tension & then even asked if I ever gotten headaches before while working towards my upper neck. It’s so refreshing to have someone that loves anatomy as much as me & tells me what’s going on in my own body too & asks questions & gives me little tips too. I definitely recommend Mackenzie if you’re just looking for an non-RMT.
The front desk staff was also super welcoming and kind too. It’s an amazing place, so close to home & I’ll be coming back for sure! ?

UPDATE: Been visiting Joshua for at least a month & I already noticed a major differences in my shoulder mobility which I’ve always struggled with due to my spasms in my neck & shoulders & very tight traps… Joshua knows his stuff & so knowledge & it feels amazing to have someone see how much help I really needed! .

I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy and I'm not a big pharmaceutical guy so I decided to give acupuncture a try as I've seen online that it tremendously helped with the recovery for bells, I went to Josh for about 4 or 5 sessions and my bells palsy had pretty much healed over the span of 4 weeks. Josh was a very straight forward no nonsense type of person who was very knowledgeable and respectful. Highly recommend

Wonderful clinic. I highly recommend it. Joshua is amazing. He's very knowledgeable and professional. The entire staff is super friendly. The office is incredibly clean and my appts have always been on time or early.

The treatment room is comfortable and cozy with dimmed lights and soft music. Joshua always offers a blanket or heater. He genuinely seems to care about his patients and takes extra time and care if needed. I never feel rushed at my appt.

I'm not a big believer in acupuncture but I decided to see what all the fuss was about. I really wasn't expecting much. To my surprise it made quite a difference in a short amount of time and I couldn't even feel the needles being inserted. The whole thing have been an interesting experience.
