They charge $15 pickup fee ( something New )
$25 for orders less than $250
And also 1.25% credit card fee
Total ripoff.

Your drivers don't know what the hell they are doing. Almost hitting multiple cars turning in a lane that is definitely not a turning lane. I would re consider who you hire for drivers.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Both front of house (Adriana) and the circus in the back when you pick up products. Emails are never responded to the prices have gone up significantly and the service done significantly! If are wanting to purchase from them plan at minimum 3 weeks prior to needing the product and plan at least 30-40min for your pick up.

They used to be great back when it was All Graphics but since switching to Spicers it is awful and I am now going to be looking for a new supplier.

Well I would like to start by saying for some of us who work in the SE Industrial, that moving FAR away was not cool Shipper Supply, not cool at all. Secondly I then recently visited your store, past the airport, after driving 35 minutes to get there. The front was closed and proceeded to call the phone number (as the front was closed due to COVID) and I got told it would be over hour to get some tape, and best head over to Staples for some if I needed it. I have been buying small items from Shipper Supply for over 13 years because I feel good supporting local, please guys I know some of you there, it was tape... I know the shelf its on, if this was self serve I'd be in and out like at those big box stores. Still going to buy here tho as I respect the business and like the products regardless of the poor sales guy that told me this that day.

These guys have been fantastic every single time I’ve used them, great customer service given covid related constraints they were hit with, and the staff has been nothing but polite and professional in the loads of interactions I’ve had with them. I see that the so-called ‘bad’ reviews are mostly by first-world-problems type geniuses who don’t really understand how a large business works and think they’re the sole master of their universe. Thanks for the good work Spicers/Shippers Supply and please continue to do good for the community like you always have. Thanks!
