What an amazing experience! If you’re looking for a hearing test in St. Albert or the surrounding area, this is definitely the place to go. The team is incredibly kind, professional, and truly exceptional at what they do. I had to bring my two kids along to my appointment, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us, making the entire experience stress-free and welcoming. This small business is run by the sweetest couple and It’s rare to find people who care this much about their clients. They deserve five stars and so much more. Highly, highly recommend!

The clinic has a warm and homey atmosphere. I had no trouble finding it, and there were plenty of parking spots available.

Klinton explained everything he would be doing for my hearing test. He conducted such a thorough pre test questionnaire. After my hearing test, he explained in detail what everything meant. He went over all the different types of hearing aid options with me and what would best suit me. He also took into consideration my finances, no hard sell. His knowledge and expertise made me feel comfortable and I knew I was in good hands.

I would highly recommend St. Albert Hearing Clinic and give it 5 stars!!!!

Oh my goodness I can't tell you how happy I was to find Klinton and his lovely wife. I'm 44 and found out I needed hearing aids a number of months ago but have been hesitating to pull the trigger ever since. I was frustrated at the process. I was told by Costco and another clinic that you can't really demo them unless you buy first. I was told by others that Costco brands didn't have the same features and yet Costco told me theirs were the same as the others. And it was so hard to compare as the technology descriptions seemed indistinguishable. The pricing was also suspect - conveniently matched exactly to my benefits. Then I found Klinton at St. Albert Hearing! They accommodated my schedule, didn't make me feel rushed, explained everything thoroughly and let me demo several models with no deposit, no commitment etc. It was such a comfortable process - I never felt pressured at all and after being able to try different models I'm confident in my purchase. The customer service was exceptional and it really couldn't be happier with my experience there. I give St. Albert Hearing 5 gold stars 😉

I have been hesitant for a few yrs re taking the step to get hearing sides. Through a very positive referral from a close friend, I decided to visit Klinton at St Albert Hearing….one of the best & most important decisions of my life. The care and attention to my specific hearing loss has been amazing and the adjustment to having hearing aides has been fabulous; I’ve found it so easy due to the professionalism of Klinton and his knowledge and experience! Lastly, the cost compared to quotes I was given at 2 other companies, is much more reasonable for a very high quality product. I’m made to feel so comfortable knowing if I have any issues, I will be fully supported all the time! You won’t be disappointed!

I am from out of the country and thought I was set with my hearing aids, but as it turned out I needed the ProWax inserts replaced. Amazing service! He checked for wax and cleaned my ears and then replaced the inserts in my hearing aids. I asked what I owed and he said nothing!!! Where can you go and be looked after for nothing! If I lived here full time I would definitely be a full time customer. Highly recommended!

My husband and I were in need of a hearing test. We phoned St. Albert Hearing. The office manager was so nice and very helpful. After she answered my questions we made an appointment. We both had tests and it turned out that hubby didn’t need a hearing aid at all and I only needed one in one ear. Very honest, friendly, helped with our getting refund from Provincial Gov’t and Blue Cross refund from our extra coverage. The office is clean and bright. The professional that did our hearing test was very patient. We had a few included appointments and we can go in to see them at anytime, no charge. My hearing is perfect now, I am so thankful to Angela and Klingon Pilling, RHAP.
