Especially sensitive meds that you may not want to be advertised. Always went the extra mile for me but due that situation left a really bad taste in my mouth. Staff need to know that is not acceptable.

I've had nothing but positive experiences at St. George Pharmacy in Milton. Every time I walk in, I'm immediately greeted by someone in the pharmacy who takes the time to assist me right away. They are incredibly efficient; if my prescription isn't immediately available, they ensure it’s ready by the next day. Not only that, but they make a real effort to reduce, or even sometimes waive, copayments, showing that they genuinely care about their customers' well-being.

In sharp contrast, my experiences at Shoppers Drug Mart at Kennedy Circle have been disappointing. It often feels like customers are being ignored under the pretense of busyness. Phone calls go unanswered, and even the supposed complaint line (1-800 number) doesn’t work. Shoppers Drug Mart appears more focused on profits than on serving the human side of healthcare.

St. George Pharmacy is a breath of fresh air in an industry where customer service can sometimes feel like an afterthought.

Their appointment system need to be reviewed. It is in-acceptable to wait over 1hour waiting for a confirmed appointment. Further there has been people coming after got service right away, may connection is the best approach.

As I am going to St George Medical Cntr.For last 10Yrs hv been dealing with henny and Amanda... Best doctor anyone can ask for Dr. Kathuria no words... Thank you for everything you have done for me and my family. Henny the pharmacist is the best. Highly recommend this clinic and pharmacy, you won't be disappointed. Excellent customer service Experience..Excellent Reception staff too.
They have some new Staff too Which I have been dealing when Henny is not there Negi and Mandeep there also very humble and polite...So keep up the good work .

Our experience never passed reception. My wife had a knife slip and cut herself and all we wanted was for the dr to quickly take a look and advise if stitches are needed.
She said dr is fully booked and can’t see you. I re-iterated it is a Quick Look and to make it worse there was not A SINGLE person in the waiting room.
Next time take down the walk-in clinic sign rather than refuse a simple check when the place is deserted
