My dr here is great, been going to him basically my whole life. Although the receptionists are SO rude and condescending. So hard to ever reach them and make an appointment through the phone line since they’re closed during lunch… says the phone lines are back on at 1:15… called at 1:30 then at 1:45 and still no answer. Called about 5 times. The staff working at the front desk have always been unhelpful, rude, and miserable. Do your jobs!!!!

I am so grateful for the Doctors at this clinic. They fit me in when I needed them. I truly appreciated the care and kindness I received from everyone. It is old time medical care during a time when this professional community is so overworked and overwhelmed. Thank you!

Receptionists are extremely rude on the phone.
Was suppose to have a phone appointment with Dr.McNeil. received a call to reschedule l, agreed to it and then never recieved a call on the day the appointment was rescheduled for.
Tried for 2 months to get through to someone on the phone. Only to be told to see my Family doctor it would be 2 months. Even though they missed the last appointment that was booked

MY DR. IS GREAT!!👍

But the phone answering system is a disaster to get through period! And the receptionists are very cold/rude and unhelpful.
They need to totally restructure the answering system period. Even leaving a short voice message is better than what is going on now. Also you get a busy signal 99% of the time.

My doctor is awesome. Getting through on the phone is a nightmare. They take really long lunches so the phone is down from 11:30-1:15 but it usually ends up being closer to 2:00 pm. Also they don’t start answering until after 8:30 when the line is supposed to open at 8. When it is something as serious as dealing with health issues it’s really frustrating that they show this lack of care.

Love my dr here but the office staff is totally incompetent. Messages are not passed on, ever. Waiting 2 months for an ultrasound appointment to be made. Nothing. Forms needed signing 2 weeks and nothing. Waited over a month for X-ray results which I called about 4 times. Nothing. I’m actively looking for a new doctor or clinic.

Today I’m changing my prior review.
There has been a turn around with phone lines and so far phone lines have been much more available for patients to get thru to book an appointment and ask questions.
