I really think there should be a better communication system in place. Every time I try calling, whether it’s 8am, 10am, 1pm or 3pm, I can never seem to get through to anyone. There’s no option to leave a message, so I’m left just repeatedly calling and hoping someone picks up. I understand this for booking same-day appointments, but for things like test results or follow-ups, there should be a more reliable alternative. Even an email address or a secure messaging app would make a big difference. Update: Once you do get through to them, turns out they forgot to send referral to hospital for important appointment anyways so waiting 3+ months, calling them back to follow up multiple times only for them to say oops wasn’t sent will get back to you. Waste of time.

This is the closest Dr to Steinbach that I could get. The clinic is clean and easily accessible. The staff are friendly and for the most part quite helpful.
