I have always been treated professionally, proficiently, and politely. I have used Emergency and physio, I was admitted and even if the staff is overworked, nothing was overlooked and I understand triage so the sickest go first! The building is a relic, but the staff are first rate, caring and very skilled.

They do not care about you. They let my diabetic fiancee sit in the waiting room for 5 hours without getting him anything. This place has zero compassion for the sick. I don't know how this place has not been shut down. We left and went to elk point. Will be contacting AHS....
Also your staff smoking in their cars are throwing there cigarette butts out the window. Dangerous being in fire season.

Hi I’m First Nations came here because I hurt my ankle in a basketball game and at first I’ve received good treatment until the medication’s wore off and it took me almost 45 minutes to receive another dose and the dose they gave me isn’t even hurting the pain go away oh yea and I also asked 3 different nurses for medication cause my ankle started to hurt and they all said I’ll go tell the nurse but not until one of the nurse I asked came back and finally gave me medication for my pain. Over all whack experience here for First Nations most nurses here are white only a few are of other cultures.

Been here a few times and nothing but friendly faces and efficiency. After spending the last 20 years in BC and having to deal with their healthcare system, St Paul is blessed to have a wonderful facility!

There is very little good nurses there, racism is accepted and absolutely encouraged. Nurses lack professionalism and have had to report many people from this hospital. If you are looking to heal, this is not the place you will recieve adequate care without getting judgement.

St Paul hospital is so racist Don't go there if you're native. my mom was so sick and almost got arrested because we made a complaint other people were getting go ahead of us when we were in order. there's no excuse for this treatment. security doesn't have to get aggressive with a disabled 5'4 women in a wheelchair. she imposed no threat to anyone

My name is Jevaughn. I have visited this hospital twice and I am overly pleased with the service I’ve received on both occasions. The reviews I have seen here almost made me not come here but I decided to come and see for my own self. The nurses were exceptional and the lab technicians were excellent as well. I was privileged to be assessed by Doctor Omoifo on both occasions and he was very patient and clinical while taking care of me. His explanations were all related to me in a clear and concise manner and I was able to understand what my treatment plan was. Lindsay is one of the nurses I have blessed to have on both visits and she was above par. I don’t remember the other nurses, but they were awesome too. I would definitely come here again if I need medical attention. The drive from Two Hills was worth it.
