I have had to regularly deal with pharmacies for over 40 years. In that time - I have had good ones and some - not so good. When I decided to move my complicated list of medications to Stafford IDA - I was immediately impressed with the level of personalized service they offer. I have last minute scripts at times that I couldn’t get out to pick up and the owner - Michel Loza - did not hesitate to drop them to me personally on his way home. When I have asked about a specific product that I use regularly - Michel has not hesitated to make it part of his inventory which allows me to get everything I need in one stop. Michel is knowledgeable both about medications and insurance(s) making the billing process to the client very easy. He is by far the most genuinely committed pharmacist I have dealt with in my many years of prescription medications. Despite my moving outside the city - I continue to exclusively deal with Michel’s IDA Pharmacy for all of my medication requirements. He takes excellent care managing the medications I take - ensuring there are no contra-indications (interactions with other meds) and ensures that any reactions I’ve had to medications are recorded and monitored as new meds are added. In short - he takes pride in offering a superior level of service to all customers and is always accommodating. I am very happy to be a client of Stafford IDA and have no intention of changing. Transferred here after years of frustration at SDM pharmacies. Best decision I could’ve made. The whole team are so helpful and accommodating; from offering free delivery to accepting e-transfer payments and communicating with me when anything comes up, my family and I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of professionalism and excellent service. Great service when it comes to flu shots and C19 boosters, too! Fantastic pharmacy!!

Wow! What a difference. I switched from a major chain pharmacy that was taking 3+ days to fill prescriptions to this amazing pharmacy! My prescriptions have been filled within an hour of my dr sending it! The pharmacist is thoughtful and caring. They even will deliver if you are under the weather and can’t get out. You are greeted with a smile and good advice. Best pharmacy I have used.

I don’t often write reviews but I feel that it is important to let people know about this wonderful pharmacy in Bell’s Corners. I just got my Covid booster shot yesterday at this pharmacy after a lengthy and frustrating experience in trying to book an appointment Monday on the Provincial website. I finally gave up after 3 hours and decided to call this Pharmacy.....within 3 minutes I was booked to get my booster shot the next day! The woman who took my call was very pleasant and helpful in answering all of my questions. It was such a relief to get such wonderful customer service from her and Michel L, the pharmacist who gave me my booster. Michel even offered me a chocolate after administering the vaccine! A big Thankyou to you both again. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Keep up the great work you are providing!

I am so glad I found this pharmacy. They are always prompt, friendly and helpful, accurate, caring and mindful. They let you know when your prescriptions are ready, they call to clarify anything that might be unclear or anything they think might be of concern, there are no surprises substitutions, and they even offer a delivery service which is incredibly helpful especially now with covid. I take a lot of different medications and have a lot of allergies, and I've never felt 'safe' before with a pharmacy, but I do here. I can't say enough good things. The owner even knows my voice and greets me by name. I didn't think pharmacies like this one existed anymore especially in a big city, but clearly I was wrong.

I just transferred to this pharmacy from college Square loblaws pharmacy after a good friend introduced me to the owner Michele...
I am so impressed with this place..it has everything but in a small, clean and well organized store. The employees are very friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
Truly a hidden old school customer comes first business.

Michel has been helpful and kind towards my elderly parents over the many years he's been dispensing their prescriptions. They recently moved farther away from Stafford IDA pharmacy and were happy to discover they could still receive deliveries and didn't have to go elsewhere.
