Had a great experience dealing with firstly Sandy in the office, then Mark the Owner. We were trying to get our car safetied and the mechanic was insisting we get a tiny chip fixed before he would sign it off. Timing was crucial and Sandy and Mark slipped us in for the repair. Great people and would totally recommend them to anyone for glass repair. Thanks guys!

I called around to several locations in Collingwood . All I received were short responses and felt like I was an inconvenience. Until I called Standard Auto glass !!

I was very pleased with the whole experience that I recently had with Standard Auto Glass in Collingwood. From the initial call to them regarding my tail gate window shattering very unexpectedly one night to having them order the glass, set up an appointment, and complete the installation, it took just 2 days.

Really, truly, remarkably wonderful service.
We had an insurance claim for a broken passenger window. Sandy followed through every step of the way, from contacting the insurance company to picking up parts for our order on Saturday, her off day.
We had a problem with a leaky sun roof and sporadic electrical issues but Mark took the time to wait it out until he could finally open things up and figure out the solution, which included cleaning the drainage system. And he also took the time to explain it all.
If they handle all their customers the way they handled us, you can be sure you'll get great service.
Bonus: Standard is located in a shared facility that includes complimentary services like body repairs.
