VERY DISSAPOINTED SERVICE HAS NOSE DIVED. I called Staples in New Glasgow September 26 to ask if they could price match an i phone , the first person I spoke with was incoherent and kept me waiting on the phone for about 15 minutes, a lady came to the phone screaming at me that Travis was busy helping another customer and that they do not price match i phones , I could not believe the disrespect and nastiness I received from that woman , NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT THIS PARTICULAR STAPLES LOCATION , VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Just left Staples New Glasgow. This is the second time Travis has Coe to my rescue when other staff can't find what I am looking for. Last week it was a particular chair and today it was two types of charging units that couldn't be found by the attending staff person. Travis is very polite and knowledgeable about where things are in your store and how it works. Keep Travis employed at all costs and don't cause him to look elsewhere.

Easy and convenient if you need to grab things immediately related to office supplies or tech, but way overpriced. Especially in the desks and chair department. Just order from Amazon if you have the patience or time to wait.

I need it to print off a sheet to send something back through the mail. It was very simple and easy to do I emailed what I needed to print off to the email provided by Staples. And then I just went to Staples scanned my phone and printed off my paper. It's very cost efficient very easy and simple. I will be doing all my printing jobs here as I don't have a printer.
