We appreciate Dr. So very much. He is patient, knowledgeable, and good with our kids. He does not try to sell us what we don't need, so I trust him when he says we need extra work on our teeth. I have, and will continue to recommend Dr. So.
His receptionist Diana is also helpful and very friendly.

I have nothing but praise for the staff and dentist at Aldergrove Dental.The dentist took me in on an emergency basis..was very kind. The receptionist is so kind and very helpful. I now have a new dentist. Highly recommend.

Like most people I am not a fan of the dentist. I started going here a few weeks ago and they have been so helpful and caring. They always try to accommodate my schedule and answer all my questions. I am very happy I found them and look forward to them fixing my smile. ?

Amazing experience EVERY TIME!!!!! The customer service has been exceptional since my first call to make an appointment to my most recent appointment. I called to make an appointment, and the receptionist was so kind she tried to rearrange to fit with my schedule. I get very friendly reminders, which include double or even triple calls if I’m not able to pick up. I even get calls to remind me that I have X or Y procedures to get down. And it is always a pleasure making appointments because the understanding and flexibility I receive.

Then let’s talk about the service. I thoroughly dislike dental procedures. But Dr. And his very pleasant assistant make it so seamless I feel absolutely nothing I just sit as if I’m on a beach in Hawaii.

This was my first time going to Station Road Dental Clinic and it was a fantastic experience. The staff are super friendly and accommodating and Dr. John is so patient and kind. He explains every step as he begins and is very caring. I will definitely be going back for future dental work!!
