Good service from all levels of staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. The layout of their waiting room is not very good in terms of patient privacy. There is very little sound absorbing material, so when someone is at a counter checking in, you can hear everything they’re saying, including their complaint. I don’t know if it is necessary to ask that, but protocol needs to be assessed to ensure that PHIA is being met in the new facility. The nurse is very helpful and knowledgeable as well. A good asset to have at the clinic.

So convenient having a Dynacare Lab in the building, makes it quick and efficient to get everything I need done at my visit.
Staff is excellent, with reception providing flexibility for scheduling a visit regardless of whether your provider is available or not.

I appreciate this clinic very much! The Staff are EXCELLENT!!! We have had many family doctors over the last ten years- as there is a bit of a high turn over. But Honestly, every doctor we have seen has been amazing. We are currently patients with Dr. Shaikh who is PHENOMENAL!!! highly recommend her.

The nurses and clinical staff are all very friendly, kind, and compassionate!

Family Medicine should be approached like this in every province. Being from Toronto, than living in Calgary for a while and now living here, I can say that this is the way it’s done.
So efficient, friendly and organized. I’ve never had an issue with getting documentation or them losing stuff. Plus they’ve got a Dynnacare Lab right in the main hallway, which makes complete sense, but it’s not the norm.

Everyone is very friendly, you can get your labs done right there. Doctors are respectful and get the job done. No judgement no pressure. Dr.paige and Dr.longbottom are my favorite ❤️

My son and I both had appointments with Dr. Dissanayake today and it was an incredible experience. We have been patients of the clinic for a few years and I have met some great doctors, although none were as kind, patient and thorough as Dr Dissanayake. I really hope he stays at the clinic (previous Dr’s we’ve loved have unfortunately left), I very much look forward to seeing him again.
