Great place to grab a proper and professional stethoscope. I went in person and they have a large variety of colours and models. The staff is also very friendly and took their time in showing me multiple different options. They were very knowledgeable and helped explain the difference between different models.

The custom engraving only took a few minutes to do on site and I was able to grab my custom engraved stethoscope immediately. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their first or just a new stethoscope.

They offer a $5 engraving option that sounds harmless, but what they don't make clear is that this small charge makes your product ineligible for return or exchange. This crucial information is buried in the fine print, which most people don't read before placing an online order.

I was shocked to find out I couldn't return or exchange my stethoscope because of this minor customization. It's incredibly frustrating and feels very deceptive. If you're considering purchasing from stethoscope.ca, think twice before opting for the engraving. This lack of transparency has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be shopping here again. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!
