We had a vey large load of bottle we brought in from the lazy river camp grounds and it was a lot less than was expected , I saw the guys putting things away and not recording the count , and caught them not counting a box of cans that was at the end , , there was many over 2 liters and they said it was only 32 bottles I know there was more , we had 2 half ton loads , and the amount only came to 280 , they are crooked , count and sort your bottles at home first , why let them have your money

Have tried consistently for the past 5 weeks to go on Saturday, during their supposed business hours (10am to 4pm) and it has never been open. Currently 11:17am. It has never been open ONCE. They chose to add a donation bin instead. I am more than willing to accept it being closed today specifically, as it is just after Canada day. However this has been an ongoing issue.

New to the area. Never been to a bottle depot where they expected you to count your empties yourself. While doing that, I watched the gentleman putting different bottle sizes for the empties he went through, bottles only. Did not see him punch in anything to his counter. The amount of empties I brought in, I expected about 40 bucks with my experience, got 28. If I am expected to do their job for them, I will be watching way closer. I would love to go somewhere else, but nothing is as close to me as Stettler.

Drove from alix on my hour lunch break it was a 22 minute drive so I had 16 minutes to spare. Got there at 1120 and the doors were locked after I just seen someone go in. Waited there for 10 minutes until a guy came out and said we're closed for an hour for lunch. I told him I live in red deer and work in alix and he didn't care. Wasted all my lunch hour and about 15 dollars in gas and didn't take in my 30 in cans

If I could choose 0 stars I would. My first time using this bottle depot in stetter, i called a good hour before closing and this guy comes and picks up my bottles takes his time and calls me back after hours, I walk in and notice no one else was around no customers or other workers so obviously was creeped out but I walk up to the counter and first things he asked where do I have a boyfriend and if I wanted to go for drinks I was shocked and said no I just want my money and to go so he eventually gave me my money but these guys aren't from here originally and are creeps plz be careful if and when you go there and I'm pre sure they have ripped me off that time and the last 2 times. Now they refuse to pick my bottles up and give me my money the same day. I would bring them in myself but no vehicle
