Disappointed by the reception. Reception never answers the phone and I had to leave 4 messages asking for a call back starting from October. Reception claims that they likely didn't understand my message, but I had emailed Dr Cohen directly letting him know this issue and he simply told to call the office again. It's been 6 months that I haven't been able to make an appointment, even though the doctor themself has asked to see me in person.
I'm beginning my search for a new doctor.

MY wife switched over to him from another doctor she did not feel comfortable with. Because Doctor Cohen is thorough he imediately ordered all kinds of tests the other doctor had never bothered with. Cancer was found from these test results, but thankfully caught very early. Chemo and radiation followed quickly and my wife is fine now. If I could give Doctor Cohen a 100 star review it wouldn't be enough.

Dr, Cohen is our family physician and has been since he returned from his practice in the US a number of years ago.

My experience is that he is personable, conscientious and takes the time to discuss and explain matters and makes the time to see us quickly when the need arises between our regular checkups.

Patients beware! If your doctor calls you by his cell, don’t call back. (There could be legal prosecutions if anyone don’t comply with their terms.) The low rating I’ve made also has to do with family doctors that doesn’t always keep your privacy no matter what mental health or diagnosis you’re in. There was a time years ago where he shouldn’t call my father about my personal problems this one time, the CLSC made it clear that doctors telling your parent/legal guardian about their adult’s problems who’s 21+ is illegal. I’ve seen multiple negative feedback experiences on various before I request to close my files. But that wasn’t just the case… One time I once go to a walk-in clinic, they later directed me to a special clinic that’s been very helpful to diagnose and advice me about my sinus disease (I’ve been having on a daily basis). Been well keeping track of their appointments better, unlike a few times (out of six missed appointments) there were misunderstandings thinking I’ve booked and the other haven’t adjusted one cancellation.

I won’t have bother coming back (including for personal/legal reasons), and that because I’ve learned from my mistakes that I need to read every updated terms before you’re allowed to call their number (they called you back on).

The media nowadays gives us some clues, revealinh the dark sides of a family Doctors…

Takes his time, asks the right questions and gives solid, down to earth advice.
I'm lucky to have him. His receptionist is very polite and nice too

Horrible clinic with a dog inside it. Extremely incompetent. Has bogus certificates on his wall. I dont understand how people are giving him 5 stars ? he is incompetent people.
